At present, urbanization and industrialization continue to develop at a relatively rapid pace throughout the country.Under this background, the scope of transport construction land continues to overflow.Cultivated land,as the main source of land use transformation, has obvious changes both in the spatial pattern and in the functional patterns. In order to persevere in the protection of the red line of the state's protected arable land, and effectively ensure the efficient implementation of land consolidation policies for all provinces and regions, grasp the specific conditions of the arable land transformation and the process of functional evolution in advance,it is necessary to find out the mutual feedback mechanism of the transformation and functional evolution of cultivated land. Therefore,in this paper,a functional classification system and a quantitative diagnostic index system for the farmland of the basin were established under the larger data set and the microscopic view of the special landscape which called basin that were most affected by human activities in the karst mountains. This paper uses the system grid method to create a land use function score calculation model and a land use function change monitoring model, and analyzes the territory of Guizhou Province:(1)The characteristics and spatial patterns of dominant forms(spatial forms)of land use transformation in the three types of total 15 basins in three periods(2005,2010,and 2016);(2)The law of spatial evolution of land use function in six periods(1966,1973,1990,2005,2010,and 2016)of a typical area Huishui Lianjiang basin, and explore the characteristics of the evolutionary stage so as to make the cultivated land in the basin area of Guizhou Province Protection and land consolidation provide the basis for decision making. The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The characteristics of spatial patterns of cultivated land in Guizhou basin over time are the external manifestations of the evolution of its functional forms. The spatial pattern transformation of land use in the three types of dams is mainly reflected in the changes in the proportion of land use type structure, the rate of change of type area, and the difference in cultivated land landscape patterns during the study period; The transformation of the cultivated land spatial pattern of the Huishui-Lianjiang basin is reflected in the changes in the amount and direction of cultivated land.(2)On the basis of the connotation of multi-functionality of land use and the versatility of cultivated land, this study establishes a land use functional classification system for basins in karst mountainous regions,a criterion for the strength and weakness of the contribution of trispecific functions in basin areas, and a quantitative diagnostic index system for land use functions of the basin.Combining the previous results with the system grid method can effectively identify the spatial pattern of the land use function of the karst mountainous area.In addition, the spatial dynamic evolution monitoring model of the land use function of the basin can be used to sensitively reflect the spatial-temporal dynamic evolution of farmland function in Guizhou.(3)The diversified development of the land use function of the basin under the background of karst mountain landforms is both objective and future.(3)According to the typical characteristics of land use in the dam area and the main demand orientations of regional human activities(people)and economic development, there are significant differences in land use function category characteristics and spatial distribution patterns of the basins in different historical periods. The function types mainly include 9 secondary functions,3 primary functions and overall multi-functionality;the functional spatial distribution pattern is correspondingly presented in the distribution areas of the respective strong indication categories.(4)The function of cultivated land in all levels of the basin area is rapidly increasing except for the traditional agricultural production function, natural ecological function and semi-natural ecological function, and that it generally conforms to the previous assumptions of the general evolutionary trend of the land use function of the basin, with the main function of agriculture but the functional diversity of cultivated land is increasing.(5)The transformation of regional resource allocation is the essence of the land use function evolution in the basin area.As a background, the explicit and implicit transitions of the basin are summarized into four characteristic phases.(6)Based on the comparison of the stage characteristics of the basin's space and functional form transitions and the results of the research on the relationship between them,it can be clearly defined that the changing patterns of the two are subject to the “individual, government, and market” levels and “culture,system,socio-economic,and population Technical Location ”four important factors are system-driven control.Through the microscopic empirical research of the Huishui-Qianjiang basin and the specific qualitative analysis of this process driven by the historical marker events of Guizhou Province, the transformation and function evolution of the farmland in the basin can be attributed to the alternative implementation and regulation of various land policies.
