In recent years,the development of irrigation methods in orchards in China has lagged behind the transformation of orchard production methods.Traditional orchard irrigation and fertilization methods have caused serious waste of water and fertilizers,which can no longer meet the current demand for large-scale orchard planting in China.The shortage of labor and the increase in cost are problems faced by orchards.Increasing the utilization of water and fertilizers and promoting the sustainable development of orchards are the directions for the development of orchards in China.This article designed a PLC-based water and fertilizer integration automatic control system to achieve accurate control of orchard crop irrigation and fertilization.The control system adopts a two-tier structure of upper and lower machines.The lower machine uses the Siemens S7-200 SMART as the control core.The S7-200 SMART analyzes the information collected by the sensors and then controls the actuator movement.The MODBUS is between the controller and the sensor.The way of communication.The man-machine interface of the upper computer adopts Wincc flexible software design,and communication between upper and lower computers is via network cable.This paper get the following conclusions:(1)The lower position machine takes the S7-200 SMART as the control core.The controller collects and analyzes the soil moisture sensor,the inlet and outlet pressure sensors of the filtering device,the pipeline pressure sensor,PH,EC sensors in the fertilizer tank,and the fertilizer turbidity sensor.Information,and then control the action of actuators such as electric valves,solenoid valves,pressure pumps,metering pumps,etc.,to achieve automatic control of the system.(2)The host computer uses SMART 1000 IE V3 as human-computer interaction interface.The design of the interface facilitates the user to view the data information collected by the sensor,the level of the fertilizer tank,and the working status of the actuator.The user can directly control all the actuators in the system to realize the manual control of the system.The automatic control of the system can be achieved by setting the parameters of automatic irrigation and fertilization.(3)Variable domain fuzzy control based on hybrid ant colony algorithm is used to adjust the PH value in the mixed fertilizer tank.The PH value of the water and fertilizer solution in the mixing tank can be controlled to the optimum range of crop growth by adjusting the rotation speed of the acid-alkali solution metering pump.Inside,the precise control of the PH value is achieved.The human-machine interaction interface of the control system is friendly,easy to operate,reliable in operation,and practical.It can meet users’ requirements for automatic control of orchard crop fertigation and fertilization,and has broad application prospects.
