Exploration On The Mode Of Grass And Chickens Raising Under Walnut Grove In Bozhou District

At present,chickens are planted under the forest in Guizhou Province and are mainly fed with traditional diets and stocked with weeds and insects under the forest.This experiment is based on the current status of chickens under walnuts in Baoxing Village,Shangjing Town,Bozhou Region.The breeding techniques and resources of walnut trees are used to grow grass and raise chickens.Through the planting of high-quality chicory forage to replace part of the diet,reducing the consumption of food and increasing economic efficiency,it is necessary to explore suitable forage cultivation modes and breeding techniques,so as to establish a scientific system of walnut undergrowth mode and be healthy at the same time.The understory chicken feeding mode in the Bozhou District provides a scientific theoretical basis.Method:(1)The chicory seed field experiment was repeated in 3 groups.100 seeds per group were used to determine the average germination rate reduction error.The yield measurement was used to determine the yield per plant converted to yield per acre;(2)Weight gain,growth performance,slaughter performance,etc.of chickens in the three feeding modes in the understory chicken raising test through the rotational grazing test(rotational grazing group),the cutting test(cutting group)and the traditional feeding test(control group)According to the national recommended method;(3)Crude protein was determined by Kjeldahl method;(4)Crude fiber was extracted by acid-alkali digestion;(5)Determination of amino acid was performed by HPLC.Results:(1)In the experiment of planting chicory with chicory and chicory in Europe under the walnut,the seedling rate of the spring chicory seed was higher than that of the European chicory by 10.00%,and the yield of the chicory was higher than the European chicory by 918.00 kg./ Ac,the content of crude protein(dry matter)is8.80% higher than that of European chicory(crude protein),and the content of crude fiber(dry matter)is 3.08% lower than that of European chicory(dry matter).(2)Thedaily gain of chickens in the rotational herds was 16.10 g,the daily gain of the sirens was 16.50 g,and the daily gain of the control group was 14.70 g.The daily gain of the sirens was higher than that of the rotational herds.Compared with the control group,the daily gain was higher and the difference was significant(P<0.05).(3)The mortality rate of the roosters was 17.25%,the mortality rate of the castration group was 17.00%,and the mortality rate of the control group was 21.25%.The mortality of the castration group was lower than that of the rotational group,which was lower than that of the control group.The mortality of chickens was low and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).(4)The slaughter rate of the roosters was 89.03%,the slaughter rate of the hens was 91.10%,the slaughter rate of the roosters was 88.80%,the slaughter rate of the hens was 92.12%,and the slaughter rate of the roosters of the control group was 82.52% The slaughter rate of the hens was 89.12%.The slaughter rate of roosters in the rooks was higher than that of the castration group.The slaughter rate of the hens in the castration group was higher than that of the rotational herds.(5)The content of amino acids in chicken continuously changes with the age,among which the growth of glutamic acid is the most obvious;threonine,leucine,isoleucine and arginine of chickens in the castration group are cut off at 120 days of age.The content is higher than that of the control group.(6)The individual profit of the castration group was 57.56 yuan,the individual profit of the rotational herding group was 55.63 yuan,and the individual profit of the control group chicken was 20.06 yuan,and the single profit of the cut group of chickens was higher than that of the rotational herds group.It is 1.8 times the profit of the control group alone.Conclusion: Under the walnut forests in this area,it is suitable for planting the general chicory,and the understory chicken adopts the mode of rearing and feeding.The profit of the single chicken is higher than that of the traditional chicken.
