In the karst rocky desertification areas,the soil layer is thin,the bedrock is exposed,the environment for vegetation growth is harsh,there are many mountainous areas and less cultivated lands,the ecological environment is fragile,the economic development is backward,the contradiction between human and land is outstanding,so it is a typical area of ecological poverty.The “13th Five-Year Plan” for the comprehensive management project of rock desertification in the karst region pointed out that rocky desertification control needs to be combined with poverty alleviation,it is an effective way to control rocky desertification by using the nutrition collocation of forest grain grass and raising chickens under the forest.Based on the theory of ecological restoration,ecology,botany nutrition and sustainable development,the methods of literature analysis,investigation and analysis are used to determine the research objectives and contents of forest-grain-grass and healthy raising of chicken under the forest.On the basis of the background survey from 2015 to 2016,four representative materials are selected at Guanling-Zhenfeng demonstration area with moderate-intensive rocky desertification of karst plateau-canyon in Huangjiang of Guizhou province and Salaxi demonstration area with potential-light rocky desertification of karst plateau-mountain in Bijie of Guizhou province,The four plants are Zea mays L.,Broussonetia papyrifera L.,Morus alba L.and Trifolium pratense L..According to the demand of poultry nutrition,the optimal collocation technology of forest-grain-grass in the rocky desertification area is discussed by analyzing the proportion of different materials by the trial difference method and the feeding test of collocation feed under the forest.To explore the most potential forage plants in rocky desertification areas,it is applied to undergrowth and combined with undergrowth chicken industry to form a set of industry chain from feed production to consumption.1.Utilization of high quality local high protein plants in rocky desertification areas,and detection of basic nutrients in selected plants,According to the nutritional requirements of poultry at different stages,the formula of feed was allocated by trial differential method.The results of feeding test and meat quality test showed that the daily gain,fat and protein index of 10% forage conformation test group were higher than that of the control group 21.50%?82.81% and 13.93% respectively.The indexes of daily gain,fat and protein in the experiment group with 10% mulberry number were higher than that in the control group of 9.53%?72.19% and 38.15% respectively.But in flavor amino acid,mulberry added group showed better performance than Broussonetia papyrifera L.group.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the indexes,the adding group of conformation tree is better than the mulberry group and the control group on the whole.the proportion of corn,soybean meal and plant leaf powder was 7.5: 1.5: 1 respectively,it can promote the development of understory ecological chicken and realize the balance between ecological protection and economic development.2.Analysis on feeding of forage plants in rocky desertification area,the feed?meat ratio of Broussonetia papyrifera L.group and control group was 1.94:1,2.44:1 respectively,the ratio of feed to meat in mulberry group and control group was 2.52:1 and 2.89:1 respectively.Shrub Broussonetia papyrifera L.have advantages in environmental adaptability,nutrient content,ecological benefit and policy orientation,etc.at the same time,as the native tree species in rocky desertification area,however,it is necessary to improve the residents understanding of the forage value of the tree,encourage the use of feed plants to develop aquaculture,breeding typical forage plants and large farmers,making good effect of point to face.3.Study on Optimizing the Nutritional Allocation of Forest Grain and Grass and the Healthy Chicken Breeding Techniques in Rocky Desertification Area: optimization of Nutrition Allocation of Forest Grain and Grass in Rocky Desertification Area and Experiments in Understory Chicken Breeding,the technique of supplementary feeding under the forest and the technique of cultivation under the forest were obtained.According to the different natural geographical conditions of the potential mild and moderate intensity rocky desertification areas,Obtaining the technology of constructing trees in rocky desertification areas and obtaining the matching techniques for cultivation of depressions,integrate all technologies,Forming nutritional Collocation of Forest Food and Grass in Rocky Desertification Area and Technology of under the forest Healthy Chicken.4.The benefit of optimal allocation of forest grain and grass nutrition is remarkable.The economic benefit monitoring was found in bijie and hua jiang two demonstration areas.The configuration of the Broussonetia papyrifera L.and the Trifolium pratense L.has a good effect on soil and water conservation,on the basis of the daily grain feeding analysis using the tree and mulberry leaves,it was found that the cost of farming was reduced,and the average of 1 ton of feed could reduce the cost by 315 yuan.At the same time,in the process of developing the ecological industry,the development of related industries will be promoted and the development of social economy will be promoted.
