Yunnan is a large agricultural province.The sucrose industry is second only to the tobacco industry.Sugarcane,as a kind Hi-hot plants,benefits from the long sunshine that is caused by the large difference in altitude in Yunnan.Yunnan has enough sugar and sucrose,and its quality is good.With the increase of sugar prices in the world,the sucrose industry in China has been affected.As a result,the planting area of sugarcane in major sugarcane regions in China,including Yunnan,has decreased in recent years.It has become increasingly important to advance the mechanization of sugarcane harvest.At present,China 's sugarcane harvesting machinery mainly uses distributed sugarcane harvesters and joint sugarcane harvesting machines.The development of sugar cane stripping machines is lagging behind that of foreign countries.After inspection,the mechanical operation and tillage per mu of sugar cane is 150 RMB lower than that of artificial work.If Yunnan Province realizes the mechanization of sugarcane planting,the light sucrose industry can increase the income of Yunnan Province by 448 million RMB..From this we can see the great advantage of mechanization.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:Firstly,field investigation and investigation were conducted on the status of sugarcane stripping in sugarcane areas in our province,and a large amount of relevant literature was consulted.The problems existing in the existing traditional leaf-stripping machines were summarized,and the development of the field was finally carried out.Overview.Secondly,the flexural modulus and flexural s trength of sugarcane produced in Mengzi,Yunnan Province were tested using a self-built test platform.At the same time,the mechanical properties of sugarcane were studied and analyzed,and the constitutive equation of the sugarcane material was determined.It laid a certain foundation for verifying the rationality of the design of the entire equipment and the future optimization of the stripping elements of the related sugar cane stripping farm implements.At the same time,it also made its own attempt to open up experimental research on the physical and mechanical properties of the plant stems.Thirdly,the working principle of the oblique horizontal sugarcane debarking mechanism was analyzed and introduced,and the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the oblique horizontal sugarcane debarking mechanism were carried out.Fourth,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the problems existing in the traditional leaf-stripping machines mentioned in the previous article,the limitations of the traditional lea f-stripping machine design were overcome,based on the research on the mechanism of oblique horizontal sugarcane leaf removal and the three-point bending test of sugarcane-cane stalks.As a result,a sugar cane leaf remover was designed,and various critical structures and important parameters of the new sugar cane leaf remover were carefully studied to determine the specific parameters and dimensions of some of the components,and the three-dimensional design software was applied to the key components.And the whole machine carried out 3D solid modeling and virtual assembly.Finally,the finite element analysis software was used to simulate and analyze the simplified stripping process of sugarcane,and the analysis of the entire stripping process,the vibra tion generated during operation and its development law were described;and between the roller and the cane stalk The stress change process was studied to further verify the rationality of the design of the cane-type sugarcane leaf remover.
