Developing the small whole stalk sugarcane harvester which is suitable for hilly area of Guangxi not only has important significance to improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost of labor,but also has broad market prospects.This paper based on the projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology personnel services companies,with a good platform about the cooperation with a Machinery Co.Ltd,regarded the developing of the small whole stalk sugarcane harvester as the overall goals,and taken the sugarcane leaf separation mechanism and impurity removal fan device as study subjects,then focused on resolving the problem of sugarcane leaf separation.The paper research content encompassed several major topics:1?Aiming at the problem of original sugarcane leaf separation mechanism,that was not clean separation and logistics jam,then analyzed from the dynamics,and found out the defects of original sugarcane leaf separation mechanism.By improving the cleaning brush shape and material,reducing the brush plate rigidity,at last solved the problem of logistics jam.2?Combined with the virtual prototype technology,Analysis and comparison of the influence on different speed,different interleaving depth,we got the speed has obvious influence on the force and interleaving depth has certain influence on the force;3?To verify the effectiveness of the scheme through experiments,taken the removal ratio of impurity,the impurity rate as test indexes,compared and analyzed with the original sugarcane leaf separation mechanism on removal ratio of impurity and the impurity rate.We got the speed has obvious influence on the removal ratio of impurity.The former impurity removal rate was 73.64%,but the improved was 89.8%,it increased by 16.16%.4?By taking out a design scheme on side blowing type cleaning fan,which adopted single aerofoil method for aerodynamic design,and made the internal flow field analysis for the impurity removal fan,then got the flow rules inside the impurity removal fan.At the same time,based on the fluid solid coupling of impurity removal fan impeller,we made static analysis and modal analysis,provided certain reference for the future improvement structure.Finally,the flow field and impurity of impurity removal fan was simulated and analyzed,to verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the design.
