In this paper,a monitoring system for the compression process of the baler is designed for the 9KG-350 hydraulic high density baler.The PLC is used as the control core to control the extension and retraction of the compression piston,select the appropriate sensor,and PLC and simulation.The input modules together constitute the corresponding data collection system,which collects and processes the key data information generated during the compression process of the baler,and finally uploads the key data information to the upper computer configuration monitoring system for display and storage.First of all,by analyzing the main characteristics of the test object,determine the data to be collected and obtain the overall design plan.Secondly,select the appropriate sensors,special function modules and main controller to realize the basic control function of the baler,ensure that the information collected by the sensor can be accurately uploaded to the controller for data storage and parameter calculation,and write PLC control Program and parameter calculation program.Finally,the use of Kingview software to establish a monitoring system project,including the real-time display module of the state of the baler,the manual and automatic control conversion module of the baler compression piston,the key data monitoring and parameter setting module,and the history curve and Historical report display module.Through testing and experimental analysis,the system can accurately control the compression piston compression and carriage return and other actions.At the same time,in the monitoring screen,the working conditions of the baler can be understood in real time,key data can be monitored,and parameters can be set and changed.The friendly human-computer interaction function is realized,the automation level of the machine is improved,and important theoretical support and basis for improving the performance of the baler and the bale quality are provided in the future.
