| The terrain of the natural growth area of Borota Sericulture is usually uneven,and large-scale seeding machinery is not easy to reach,which makes it difficult to reseeding and planting.At the same time,due to the natural hydrophilic seed coat attached to the seed size and the seed epidermis,the conventional pelletized coating technology is not effective in production.Therefore,this article is based on the biological characteristics of the seeds of Seriphidium borotalense.The two coating types of heavy pellets and cluster pellets are organically combined,and the concept of "pellet embryo" is innovatively introduced to pelletize the seeds of Seriphidium borotalense.The production process is divided into three steps: the preparation and screening of the core of the "pellet embryo",the primary coating and the secondary coating,the granulation rate of the core material and the uniformity of the different cores after the primary coating are determined through experiments;the secondary coating The disintegration time,compressive strength and fluidity of pelletized seeds after coating;the effect of different germ powder ratios on the layer thickness,compressive strength and germination index of pelleted seeds after the second coating.Mixing of different seed powders The main research results of the influence of ratio and conventional coating on seed content are as follows:(1)The content of biogas residue has a significant effect on the granulation rate of self-made organic fertilizer particles(P<0.05).Treatment A1(bentonite: talcum powder: weathered coal ash: biogas residue =30%: 40%: 10%: 20%))And A2 treatment(bentonite: talcum powder: weathered coal ash: biogas residue= 30%: 30%: 10%: 30%)performed best,each 1000 g powder can produce 425 g,375 g of homemade organic fertilizer particles respectively,The difference in granulation rate between A1 and A2 treatments is not significant(P>0.05);when the core-to-flour ratio of self-made organic fertilizer granules after one coating is 1:1,continuing to increase the powder has little effect on the uniformity of the "ball embryo" Compared with finished organic fertilizer particles,weathered coal particles and water-washed sand particles,the uniformity is better after one-time coating;the seed content of "pellet embryo" coated seeds is significantly affected by the particle size of the "pellet embryo",L1(4 mm~3.2 mm)The particle size range contains the highest seed content,and the seed content of L1 is significantly higher than that of L2 and L3(P<0.05).(2)By measuring the disintegration time of 20 kinds of treatments,screening bentonite talc powder as the secondary coating material,and then measuring the compressive strength of the 5 kinds of treatments,and selecting the B3 treatment(bentonite: talc powder = 20 %: 80%)and B4 treatment(bentonite: talcum powder = 25%: 75%)are the ideal ratios;the seed fluidity test with the bare seeds of Seriphidium borotalense as the control shows that: the fluidity of B3 and B4 The difference was not significant(P>0.05).Compared with naked species(CK),the mobility of B3 and B4 increased significantly(P<0.05).(3)The pelleting treatments with four different germ powder ratios will all cause the weak germination of Seriphidium borotalense seeds,delay the germination start period of the seeds,and ultimately cause the germination rate and germination index to decrease compared to the control group(CK).,C2 treatment(pellet embryo: seed coating agent=1:0.4)performed the best in the treatment group,the germination index was significantly different from the other treatments(P<0.05),and the thickness of the coating layer had the smallest difference among individuals;four different species The seed content of pelleted seeds with powder ratio was significantly higher than that of conventional coating(P<0.05).T3treatment(seed: powder = 20g: 750g)performed the best in the treatment group,with an average of 2 seeds and empty seeds.The seed rate is 3%,the single seed rate is 24%,and the multi-seed rate is 73%. |
