Polygonatum.sibiricum Red.is a Polygonatum plant in the family Liliaceae.itsmedicinal value is reflected,polygonatum demand has increased year by year.Artificial cultivation has become the main source of production.The current research on Polygonatum focused on the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects,but How to obtain high quality and high yield of Polygonatum under artificial cultivation conditions remains to be further explored.this experiment explores the regularity of the quality and yield of Polygonatum under the different treatment and different densities and its pests situation.This study provided the basis for the high quality and high yield of Polygonatum.It also provides a theoretical and practical basis for the standardized planting of Polygonatum,enriches the cultivation mode under the forest,promotes the full utilization of forest land resources,and plays an important role in the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry and undergrowth economy.The results are as follows:Effects on Polyginati Rhizoma of different fertilization treatments on variousindicators:Different fertilizer treatments can promote the emergence rate of Polyginati Rhizoma,in which treatment group 10 has the most significant promoting effect,and the emergence rate reaches 83.17%,followed by the promotion of organic fertilizer treatment;Height and stem diameter indicated that the treatment group 10?N3P3K1??N:225 kg/hm2,P2O5:250 kg/hm2,K2O:17.72 kg/hm2?had the most significant promoting effect on the aboveground biomass growth,followed by the organic fertilizer treatment group.The results show that reasonable proportioning of fertilization can significantly promote the growth of above-ground biomass of Polygonatis.The change of rhizome quality indicates that fertilization can effectively promote the rhizome growth of Polygonatum,and the most significant role of promotion is the treatment group 10?N3P3K1?.Treatment group 7,8,9?N2P2K0?N1P3K3?N3P1K3?treatment groups had the next greatest role in promoting the growth of medicinal parts of Polyginati Rhizoma,which indicating that a certain proportion of combined fertilization and application of certain organic Fertilizer can promote the growth of Polygonatum;treatment group 3 promotes the growth of rhizome of Rhizoma Polygonati The most significant shows that the phosphate fertilizer can promote the growth of the underground biomass of Polygonatum sinensis.Varies of polysaccharides and total saponins of the active ingredients in different periods indicate that different combinations of N,P and K can effectively promote the active ingredient content of the medicinal composition of Polygonatum rhizome.Group 10?N3P3K1?is the most significant to the active ingredient accumulation in the medicinal parts of Polyginati Rhizoma.The organic fertilizer also has a significant effect on the accumulating rate of total saponins ingredients of Polyginati Rhizoma.Therefore,the appropriate amount of N,P,and K is added could effectively increase the yield and quality of Polyginati Rhizoma?2.The effect of different plant density of Polygonatum cultivation:The seedlingemergence rate of Polygonatum increased first and then decreased with the increase of planting density.and the germination rate was the highest under the treatment of M3?45 cm×30 cm per plant?.With the increase of planting density,the plant height and stem diameter of Polygonatum decreased,and there were significant differences among the treatments.The maximum plant height and stem diameter were M 3?45 cm×30 cm?treatment.It was94.17cm and 4.98mm,respectively.The treated yield of Polygonatum flavescens has a significant effect.In a certain threshold value,the yield increases with the increase of density,and exceeds the threshold value.,yield decreases as density increases.the yield reached 6154 kg/hm2 under the treatment of M3?line spacing of 45 cm×30 cm?.Planting density had a significant effect on the content of flavin polysaccharide and saponins.With the increase of planting density,the content of polysaccharides and saponins decreased.The polysaccharide content of M3 and M4 was the highest,and the polysaccharide content in each treatment was much higher than that in the pharmacopoeia?polysaccharide content of not less than 7%?.M3?spacing 45 cm×30 cm?had the highest saponin content.Therefore,when Polygonatum was planted under the forest of Zanthoxylum bungeanum,when the content of the active ingredient was taken as the index,the plant spacing was 35 cm to 45cm,and the row spacing was 30 cm.3.The pests occurrence regulation of Polyginati Rhizoma:the activity of insect pestsis closely related to soil moisture and temperature and organic matter content.Under the Chinese prickly ash forests,at different periods of the Polyginati have certain laws.from June to August,the worm holes density declined in population From August to October,population density have increased reached to 14/point.The number of bugs on each stalk increased slightly from June to August,and by October the number was 23/point,and the damage was quite serious.
