As a new transplanting technology of green,environmental protection and energy saving,this technology can form the environment of heat preservation,moisture preservation and moisture preservation between the well cellar and the cup cover of tobacco seedlings.It has the technical advantages of promoting the early growth and rapid development of tobacco roots,improving the survival rate of Flue-cured tobacco transplanting and reducing white pollution.It has been gradually applied and promoted.However,at present,the buckle of the transplanting cup cover of the "cup cover type small seedling well cellar" is completed by the farmers' manual repeated bending buckle,which leads to the problems of high labor intensity,low efficiency and high labor cost.Therefore,it is the most important problem to develop the device of transplanting and detaining cups of tobacco seedlings and realize the mechanized operation of detaining cups of tobacco seedlings.In this paper,based on the current research situation and development trend of mechanization of tobacco seedling transplanting at home and abroad,and the agronomic requirements of "cup type small seedling well cellar transplanting",the overall design scheme of the cup device for tobacco seedling transplanting is determined,and the design and analysis of the key mechanism are completed.The key mechanism of the device was optimized and analyzed by the method of Recur Dyn multi-body dynamics and workbench finite element analysis,and the comfort optimization of the device was completed based on the method of ergonomics simulation.Finally,the single factor,multi factor orthogonal test and cup efficiency comparison test are carried out to obtain the better combination of working parameters and complete the optimization of working parameters.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the requirements of transplanting technology and the analysis of field characteristics,the design of the whole scheme and key mechanism of the cupping device for transplanting seedlings was completed.In order to ensure that the designed cup closure device can meet the agronomic requirements of the "cup cover type small well cellar" for tobacco seedlings,field investigation and field characteristic analysis were carried out to complete the overall scheme and key mechanism design of the cup closure device.(2)Complete the optimization and analysis of the key mechanism of the device.In order to verify the rationality of the design of the electric spiral cup separation mechanism,improve the efficiency and stability of the mechanism,the kinematic simulation analysis of the electric spiral cup separation mechanism is carried out based on the Recur Dyn multi-body dynamics.The topology optimization method is used to optimize the Y-type guiding mechanism.Based on the explicit dynamic simulation analysis of ANSYS finite element,the response of the cup cover tail caused by the impact load imposed by the push cup mechanism at any time is obtained,and the appropriate speed of cup fastening is selected.(3)Based on the theory of ergonomics,the simulation of three schemes of cup fastening was carried out to optimize the comfort of the way of cup fastening.Based on Jack,a virtual human body model of tobacco farmers and a virtual environment with three schemes of cup fastening are created.Through the analysis of the lower back force,the posture of the cup,and the fast upper limb movement,we can get the scores of the spine force,the tangential force,the torque of the spine,the posture of the cup and the fast movement of the upper limb.The simulation results of the three schemes show that the comfort of the three schemes is relatively high,which should be adopted in the design.(4)The device of transplanting and cupping of tobacco seedling was processed and the single factor test,multi factor orthogonal test and cupping efficiency comparison test were carried out.Set up the scheme and test conditions of the field test of the cup fastening device,and set up the evaluation index of the cup fastening operation of the cup fastening device.The single factor and multi factor orthogonal tests were carried out,and the optimal parameter combination of the cup fastening device was obtained.Based on the design expert optimal parameter combination test method,the orthogonal test of cup fastening is verified and the parameters are optimized.The results show that the operation of the device can meet the agronomic requirements of the transplanting technology of "small seedling well cellar with cup cover",and the efficiency is about 36.2% higher than that of the artificial transplanting technology,which is worthy of application and promotion.
