In view of the shortage of water and soil resources and serious soil erosion in various regions of Liaoning Province,this paper puts forward a reasonable zoning for each county(city)in Liaoning province to highlight local characteristics and differential construction,so as to clarify the direction of conservation and rational utilization of water and soil resources in various basins on the basis of the whole basin,and give consideration to the regional classics.In order to improve economic development,we put forward some countermeasures to improve the pertinence and efficiency of construction planning.Through understanding the basic theory of integrated management of small watershed and combining with the results of field investigation,the key elements of this paper are as follows: natural conditions elements(B1),natural resource elements(B2),social and economic factors(B3)and soil erosion elements(B4).Factor layer determined by factor layer: geomorphic factor(C1),hydrological factor(C2),meteorological factor(C3),land resource factor(C4),water resource factor(C5),water resource utilization factor(C6),human factor(C7),economic factor(C8),and soil erosion factor(C9).At last,37 index layers are determined by 9 factor layers.K-means analysis method is used to partition,and Silhouette coefficient method and Elbow method are applied to scientifically select K values.Through the K-means cluster analysis of each factor layer,the area of each county(city)area within each factor layer is determined to determine the status of each factor in the partition,and the factors are merged into a comprehensive overall partition at the end.Based on the 30 meter DEM image data of Liaoning Province,the slope data of different regions were obtained through slope analysis of DEM data.The data of soil and water resources,climate,weather,terrain and geomorphology,and social economy are the latest data from Liaoning water resources,China Meteorological Website,2016 Liaoning statistical yearbook and Liaoning forest resources.The results show that: Based on the cluster analysis of the overall index level,the seven drainage basins of Liaoning province can be divided into 5 zones.The Area1 area is Liaobei plain,windbreak and sand fixing area,Area2 area is Liaozhong plain farmland protection area,Area3 area is Liaodong mountain water conservation area,Area4 area is western Liaoning hilly soil and water conservation area.The 4 zoning of this paper is to divide the regions with similar comprehensive factors into one area in combination with data and spatial location and basin range,and provide support for the comprehensive management of small watershed.Most counties(cities)in Liaoning province are seriously lack of water,and most of them are seriously polluted.Through the water conservation,soil and water conservation,economic development and other areas,it can clearly understand the characteristics of different regions of Liaoning province and put forward countermeasures,which is of great significance in guiding water conservation,ecological management,agricultural planning,and improving the economy.Based on the theory of partition,we should conduct macro guidance according to local conditions,so that we can solve the comprehensive management of small watershed more efficiently and accurately.
