In this dissertation,through the combination of laboratory experiments and field experiments,the sensitivity of corn to acetochlor was divided into 5 grades by screening in the 55 ear lines of the same species,and they were divided into high-resistance and high-sensibility lines.Two inbred lines with high resistance to inbred line BWC95 and high sensitivity line BWC12 were selected for research.Through analysis and comparison of spraying acetochlor to different sensitive maize inbred lines,the growth and development and physiological index changes were further confirmed to further clarify the corn seedling stage.Physiological reasons for the difference in acetochlor resistance were established,and the physiological defense mechanism of maize under adverse conditions was analyzed,which provided a theoretical reference for acetochlor resistance breeding and selection and identification of resistant germplasm resources.Research indicates:1.In this study,the emergence rate and damage rate of different varieties of the same variety of maize were divided into 5 groups by cluster analysis.Among them,25were in-resistance inbred lines,12 were high-resistance inbred lines,a total of 11 in the sense of inbred lines,only 7 were the highest sense of ear line.2.Compared to the Resistant inbred line BWC95,the remarkable reduction and the significant increase of PN of ethylenetriamine sensitive inbred line BWC12showed that the main reason of the decrease of PN of BWC12 is stomatal limitation.The significant reduction and the remarkable increase demonstrate that non-stomatal factors will lead to the increase of CO2 utilization rate,which causes the accumulation of CO2 in the cell.After spraying ethoxamine,it will lead to the reduction of Fv/Fm、ΦPSII and qP rate,and it will result in the excess light accumulation and the increase of NPQ.Compared to BWC12,the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of inbred lines BWC95 did not change significantly.3.After ethylenediamine treatment,the activity of the malondialdehyde content,CAT enzymatic activity,APX enzymatic activity and the proline content showed the trend of firstly rising and then falling.Compared to resistant inbred line BWC95,the activity of protective enzyme of ethylenetriamine sensitive inbred line BWC12 was lower and the problem of membrane lipid peroxidation was serious,and the content of malondialdehyde and catalase in leaf increased significantly compared to BWCW95.
