Although Chinese collective forestry right reform has achieved remarkable policy effect, there still creates some problems like the fragmentation of woodland.Due to the particularity of the forestry management, the regularized forestry belongs to the industry of scale operation.Study on the farmland inflow behavior is of great significance for solving woodland finely problem, realizing moderate scale management and improving the efficiency of forestry. However, the reality problem remained is that farmers are not willing to run woodland as a result of the social security not functioning well, this had leaded the village collective farmers forest into the main object. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the behavior of farmers' woodland inflow. On the one hand,to explore the farmers woodland into behavior not only can parse farmers into the behavior of internal logic, which can serve as reference basis for further open woodland circulation predicament between farmers lately;on the other hand, farmers into the forest land scale management can enhance the efficiency and benefit of forest management, taking rotation thinning of the cutting way,let the "growth" forest resources coupled with "farmers' income, and lead to the saying “Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.”Based on property right theory and farmer behavior theory, this paper collected the microscopic sample survey data of 512 sample households in Sanming,Nanping and Longyan in the South China collective forest region from July to August of 2016.Firstly,using the independent sample T-test to analyze the differences in the inflow behavior preference of different rural households, analysing study area profile and the inflowing of different farmers' woodland scale;secondly, according to 512 independent sample farmers, using Probit model to analysis the influence factors of its woodland into behavior preference, meanwhile we had focused on peasant household resource endowment and the mode of operation variables and measured the extent of further analysis of marginal effect;finally,in view of 177 sample forestland into the behavior of peasant household, using multiple linear regression model agent with respect to its woodland into the scale factors, focus on the reform of forest right policy variables and the circulation environment,in order to ensure the reliability of the results for robustness test. Results indicated: 1)the woodland area, number of forestry labor and social relations positive related with forest farmers into the behavior significantly, while negative with household income farmers woodland into behavior;2)significant positive relationships was found between the inflow behavior of forest land and the investment of unit area,or the forestry managements;3)the forest right mortgage loan significantly affected the inflow of rural households, while the influence of forest warrant issue was not significant but still plays a positive role;4)the inflow objects, forest rights trading market and village collective variables were positively affectied the inflow scale of rural households in different degrees. In view of this,in order to achieve the "growth of forest resources" and "farmers' income" dual goals in the collective forest right system reform,it would be better for the government to govern through the following countermeasures: improve and regulate the circulation of forest land trading platform, arouse forestry farmers' interests;identify different business entities and encourage the differentiated forest model;improve the existing policy environment and improve the safety awareness of farmers' property rights;cultivate new business entities and give full play to the driving role;guide the the market price of the timber market healthily and orderly, and increase the enthusiasm of farmers to invest in forests.
