China's walnut cultivation has a long history,diverse species,abundant resourcesand great market potential.In recent years,with the development of China's economy,the drive for ecological benefits,and the increase in the demand for walnuts,the walnut industry has developed rapidly.However,problems such as blind fertilization,single fertilization,and relying on chemical fertilizer are common in walnut production,which not only seriously affect the yield and quality of walnuts,but also increase the burden on the soil and the environment.It also leads to low fertilizer utilization and increased input costs.This dissertation aims at this problem and conducts research on the effect of basal fertilizer on the growth and results of walnuts.It aims to provide suitable fertilization schemes for high-yield and high-quality walnut gardens and promote the healthy and sustainable development of walnut industry.In this study,'Xiang Ling'walnuts were selected as the research object,randomgrouping method was used to conduct field trials,and the response of different basal fertilizers to phenophase,growth,yield,and quality of walnuts was studied to analyze the effects of chemical fertilizers,organic fertilizers and bio-organic fertilizers on the growth,yield,quality,and soil nutrient of walnuts under different application conditions,and to use the principal component analysis,grey relational grade analysis and regression analysis method to comprehensively evaluate the indicators of high yield and high quality of walnuts.Conclusions are as follow:?1?Organic fertilizers or bio-organic fertilizers?T1,T2,T3?had promoting effecton the growth,duration of florescence,and nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,and calcium contents in the leaves of the tree.The contents of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,and calcium were best with organic fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer?T3?,reached at 10.22 g/kg,16.69 g/kg,16.13 g/kg and 15.32 g/kg respectively.?2?The application of basal fertilizer had a significant effect on the yield of walnuts,and the yield of various fertilizer distribution was higher than that of single fertilization.Among them,organic manure and bio-organic fertilizer treatment?T3?increased by 35.60%compared to the control group?CK?;base fertilizer application had greater effect on the number of fruit per plant than single fruit weight,and increasing the number of fruit per plant was more conducive to increase yield.?3?The application of basal fertilizer had certain effect on the sensory quality ofwalnuts,of which organic fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer?T3?had certain effects on improving the flavor of walnut nuts.The application of basal fertilizer had certain effects on the protein,amino acid content and fatty acid composition of walnut.The application of bio-organic fertilizer?T2,T3?promoted the protein,amino acid content?excluding cystine?,palmitic acid and linoleic acid content in walnut kernels,and the protein,palmitic acid and linoleic acid content were best in T3,achieved at 17.58 g/100g,6.88%and 65.22%,respectively.The diverfication of serine and methionine content were the most significant among the fertilization treatments,with the maximum differences being 0.08%and 0.15%,respectively.The application of organic fertilizers or bio-organic fertilizers?T1,T2,and T3?promoted the calcium,iron,and zinc contents,and had no significant effect on phosphorus and potassium.?4?The application of organic fertilizer or bio-organic fertilizer?T1,T2,T3?cansignificantly increase soil organic matter,available nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium.?5?Applying principal component analysis,grey relational grade analysis andregression analysis to evaluate the growth,yield and quality of walnut plants under different basal allotments,we reached a consistent conclusion:All indicators of organic fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer?T3?were the best.In summary,organic fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer can increase soil organicmatter and increase soil fertility.It can promote the absorption and utilization of nutrients,improve yield and improve quality of'Xiang Ling'walnut tree.The application of base fertilizer should be promoted in walnut production.
