With the rapid development of intelligent technology,the monitoring system of solar greenhouses has been increasingly perfected.It has evolved from the traditional wired cabling,single greenhouse,single factor control,manual regulation to the current wireless,multi-environment greenhouse,multiple environmental factors and comprehensive factors Automated automatic control system.However,at the same time,rapid changes have also produced unavoidable problems,such as the instabilities caused by intelligent wireless transmission,energy consumption and expenditure;multi-factor environmental regulation leads to the mutual interference of collected data or signals;and intelligent systems,the high cost and so on.Therefore,it is an inevitable development trend that a low-cost,low-power-consumption,practical and efficient greenhouse control system can be realized at present.Based on the above research directions,this paper proposes a intelligent control system based on ZigBee for solar greenhouses to promote the modern management of solar greenhouses in northern China and to promote the development of facility horticulture towards high-yield,high-efficiency production models.The system mainly includes four core parts.The first part is the core control module(coordinator node).This module takes the JN5139 microcontroller as the core and can exchange data with the host computer through the RS232 bus,upload the information collected by the data acquisition module,and wait to receive the host computer to send the data.The instructions control the switch of the device by controlling the relay.The second part is the sensor data acquisition module.This part also uses JN5139 as the core and ZigBee wireless transmission technology as the data transmission method,including the ZigBee terminal node for collecting data,the ZigBee routing node for forwarding data,and the ZigBee coordinator for receiving and processing data.Nodes form the data acquisition module.The third part is the wireless execution control module.This part is similar to the sensor module,with JN5139 as the core controller.After the coordinator node exchanges information with the upper computer,it instructs the control mechanism.The instructions are also forwarded by the routing node to the terminal node.The terminal node finally executes the instruction.The fourth part is the user's host computer module,which is mainly used to display the current environmental parameters,and can formulate a specific control scheme according to the user's needs.This design mainly completes the real-time collection,monitoring,display and control of temperature,humidity,light intensity,carbon dioxide concentration,and soil pH in the greenhouse environment.It provides historical data on environmental factors in the greenhouse.At the same time,in order to make the result more accurate,the exponential smoothing is performed three times for each sensor data sequence on the node,the smoothed data is sent to the coordinator,and finally the data is subjected to linear regression analysis.After testing,the system basically satisfies the demand for modern facility gardening that is wireless,intelligent,and accurate.The actual operation results show that the greenhouse intelligent control system has the characteristics of stable operation and simple operation,and can meet the needs of intelligent monitoring and control of solar greenhouses,and has a good application prospect.
