With the advancement of urbanization,the population aging is serious and the rural labor force has decreased sharply.The socialized service organization for farmland operations is developing rapidly,and the high efficiency plant protection applicator is urgently needed.As a plant protection Unmanned aerial vehicle with high efficiency,it has a broad prospect in the market.In 2018,wheat scab prevention and control in anhui province reached 4 million per mu by using plant protection drones.According to the production demand of ultra-low dosage application of the plant protection drones,the research and development of plane control additives suitable for the application of the plant protection drones with fast settlement,strong penetration and anti-transpiration was carried out.The main research results are as follows:1.Screening of solvent oil and emulsifier for matching with condensation coreWith the mass fraction of 1%-5%condensation nuclei as research object,Screening and matching with good stability of solvent oil and emulsifying effect of good surfactant,based on the Eight kinds of solvent oil and 25 kinds of emulsifier were optimized,It is concluded that 2%condensation nucleus and paraffin oil have the best stabilization effect,The emulsifying properties of single emulsifiers OP-10 and A-110 were the best.2.Screening of permeants and anti-evaporation agentsThe surface tension,viscosity and permeation time of the solution were taken as indicators,the determination of permeability of 25 kinds of surfactants,the results show that JFC,fast T penetration effect is strongest,according to the American chemist Archer and La research methods and related data,ten kinds of organic compounds were selected as water evaporation inhibitors,through 1:1:1 cross test and orthogonal test,the results obtained:A-110,JFC and Isooctyl alcohol inhibitory effect of water evaporation is best.The optimal group for the determination of evaporation inhibitors was 1.4%Isooctyl alcohol,0.5%JFC and 0.8%A-1 10.3.Spray particle size measurementFour kinds of pressure conical nozzle,two kinds of siphon conical nozzle,two kinds of siphon fan nozzles and one kind of rotary centrifugal nozzles were used as test objects to measure the spray particle sizes under different influence factors.The experimental data show that the pressure spray has the largest droplet size,followed by the centrifugal nozzle,and the siphon spray has the smallest particle size.4.Influence of plane control additives on pesticide spraysAccording to different pesticide dosage forms,10 representative pesticides were selected for the test.The test results showed that the the additives can reduce the particle size of pesticide droplets by about 12 μm,the average penteration time ofpesticide solution on wax tablets decreased by 103s,the average adhesion rate of pesticide droplets increased by 2.1 times,and the average inhibition rate of water evaporation increased by 17.5%.In the flying test of corn field,the deposition density of fog drops on the upper leaves of corn was 4.6 times as high as that without additives,while in the flying test of rice,the deposition density on the top leaves of rice was 2 times as high as that without additives.
