Research Of Water Culture Construction Of Handun Yellow River Irrigation District In Binzhou City

Water culture is not only an important part of our country's traditional culture,but also a characteristic culture of China's water conservancy industry.Water culture has a long history and profound knowledge.Strengthening the construction of water culture is not only the need to protect traditional culture,but also the need to promote the sustainable development of water conservancy,the need to promote the construction of ecological civilization,and the need to promote the development and prosperity of socialist culture,build a harmonious society,and enhance people's happiness.Handun Yellow River Irrigation District is a national large-scale irrigation area for yellow irrigation and plays an important role in industrial and agricultural production in the Yellow River Delta.With the transformation of traditional water conservancy projects to modern water conservancy projects,the founction of Handun Irrigation District has developed from a single water supply function to multiple tasks such as ensuring food security,water supply security,service-oriented water-saving society construction,and water ecological environment protection.However,in the construction of irrigation districts,there are problems such as the inharmonious relationship between human and water,insufficient attention to the cultural attributes of water,and the loss of water cultural heritage,which must be solved by cultivating a high degree of water culture consciousness.It is particularly important and necessary to strengthen water culture construction.Handun Irrigation District,as a national large-scale irrigation area for irrigation of yellow water,has its own unique water cultural resources.This article takes Handun Irrigation District as an example to study the water culture construction and will provide reference for the construction of water culture system in other Yellow River irrigation areas.Based on the actual situation of Handun Irrigation District,this article uses literature research,field survey,questionnaires,induction analysis and other methods to research water culture construction.The main research results are as follows:(1)Explained the research status of water culture construction at home and abroad,and pointed out the achievements and problems in current water culture research.(2)The water culture construction framework of Handun Irrigation District was combed,and the achievements made in the construction of material water culture,institutional water culture,and spiritual water culture were described,and the significance of water culture construction was summarized.(3)Problems and causes of the Current Water Culture Construction in Handun Irrigation District was analyzed.(4)In response to the problems existing in water culture construction,safeguard measures have been proposed in terms of organization,personnel,capital,ideology,and so on.
