Research On Dynamic Coupling Evaluation Of Forest Ecological Economic System In Fujian Province

The eighteen Party's put the ecological civilization construction into the "five in one" overall layout.In the fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth CPC Central Committee,the new development concept of"innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing" was put forward.The nineteen party's report put forward that we should speed up the structural reform of ecological civilization and build a beautiful China.The general secretary of Xi Jinping also put forward the important discussion of"green hills and green mountains are invaluable asset",which shows that the ecology and the economy have an important connection.It is necessary to protect the ecological environment and promote the development of economic effectively.At present,the idea of forestry management has been transformed.China is implementing the forestry development strategy which is based on the ecological construction.Therefore,how to coordinate the contradiction between ecology and economy,namely how to realize the coupling development of ecological economic system has become an important issue of development.We ues the literature analysis methods and systematic scientific methods,then based on the theory of evolution economics,system theory and the theory of eco economic system,we explored the coupling mechanism of forest ecosystem and forestry economic system in this paper.The dynamic coupling model was constructed,and the evaluation index system was built on the basis of the model,and the coupling relationship between forest ecosystem and forestry economic system of Fujian from 2000 to 2016 was evaluated.The main conclusions are as follows:firstly,from the aspect of the theoretical conclusion,the forest ecosystem and the forestry economic system interact and restrict each other,it means that there is a coupling relationship.There are two external manifestations of this coupling relationship:one is the stress relationship,it means that the large-scale development of forestry resources will inevitably bring about the expansion of the flow rate and the flow scale of population,the adverse effects on the atmosphere,the disturbance to the living environment of animals and plants,the destruction of the ecological environment of the forest and so on.The second is the restrictive relationship,it means that the forest ecosystem also restricts the development of forestry economic resources through environmental carrying capacity,the contention of development funds,capital exclusion and the intervention of government.Secondly,from the aspect of the empirical results,the coupling degree of forestry economic system and forest ecosystem has gone through the rapid rise from 2000 to 2001,the rapidly decline from 2001 to 2006,and the slow decline from 2006 to 2016 in Fujian province.The results show that forest ecological system and forestry economic system is close to primary coupling in Fujian province now,the forest ecosystem has certain stress on forestry economic system,and the development speed of forestry economic system should be speeded up.At the same time,it should be noted that the reason why the forest eco economic system is close to primary coupling is because of that the advantages of forest ecological have not been fully transformed into development advantages.On the basis of the research,we put forward the following suggestions:promoting the progress of forestry technology;optimizing the structure of forestry industrial;strengthening the foreign trade of forestry;giving full play to the advantages of forest ecosystem,and exploring the way to fully transform the forest ecological advantage into the development advantage.Thus realized the coupling development of forest ecological and forest economic system.
