The parental fruiting and the quality of berries is an important factor in the process of crossbreeding.It is of great significance to find ways to promote the fruit-setting rate and ovary enlargement of potato.This experiment used randomized block designs,studied effects of plant growth regulators on fruit setting and ovary enlargement of potato.Jizhangshu 8 as a potato variety and a-naphthylacetic acid,compound sodium nitrophenolate,4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid,gibberellin 3,chlorine pyrazole benzene urea,6-benzylaminopurine,6-furfurylaminopurine as 7 kinds of plant growth regulators were used in the experiment,the results of which was as follows.The optimum concentration of a-naphthylacetic acid to accelerate fruit setting of potato was between 0.6 g/L and 0.8 g/L;the optimum concentration to promote ovary enlargement was 0.8 g/L.The optimum concentration of compound sodium nitrophenolate to accelerate fruit setting of potato was between 0.6 g/L and 0.8 g/L;the optimum concentration to promote ovary enlargement was between 0.4 g/L and 1 g/L.The optimum concentration of 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid to accelerate fruit setting of potato was 0.1 g/L;the optimum concentration to promote ovary enlargement was 0.1 g/L.The optimum concentration of gibberellin 3 to accelerate fruit setting of potato was between 0.06 g/L and 0.1 g/L;the optimum concentration to promote ovary enlargement was between 0.02 g/L and 0.04 g/L.The optimum concentration of chlorine pyrazole benzene urea to accelerate fruit setting of potato was between 0.06 g/L and 0.08 g/L;the optimum concentration to promote ovary enlargement was 0.08 g/L.The optimum concentration of 6-benzylaminopurine to accelerate fruit setting of potato was 0.06 g/L;the optimum concentration to promote ovary enlargement was between 0.04 g/L and 0.08 g/L.The optimum concentration of 6-furfurylaminopurine to accelerate fruit setting of potato was between 0.04 g/L and 0.08 g/L;the optimum concentration to promote ovary enlargement was 0.08 g/L. |
