| In this experiment,field experiments were conducted to study the effects of coal based compound fertilizers and biochar on nutrient contents and yield of reclaimed soil,in order to explore the best dosage of coal based compound fertilizers and biochar for reclaimed soil.The main results are as follows:(1)the content of soil available P,organic matter and available K of soil coal based compound fertilizer was higher than that of CK,the content of available P in soil reached the maximum,and the amount of low fertilizer increased by 0.22mg/kg to 1.31mg/kg,which was not significantly different from that of high fertilizer.The contents of soil organic matter and available potassium all reach the maximum when the amount of coal based compound fertilizer is high,and the difference is not significant between the amount of soil organic matter and the amount of available fertilizer.(2)the content of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium of maize was higher than that of CK,and increased by 18%~32.74%,11.11%~16.67%and 7.14%to 35.72%,respectively,and the content of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium in maize reached the maximum.The results showed that moderate fertilizer could better promote the absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium by maize.(3)the yield of maize was increased by 195.71%to 218.90%than that of CK,and the yield of maize reached the maximum when the amount of coal based compound fertilizer was used,and it was significantly higher than that of low fertilizer and high fertilizer.The results of this study showed that the coal based compound fertilizer with medium fertilizer dosage(4115kg/hm2)had the best effect on soil fertility,maize kernel nutrient content and yield,and the best dosage for the reclamation area.(4)the content of soil available P,organic matter,alkali hydrolysable nitrogen and available K in the combination of biological carbon and coal based compound fertilizer was significantly higher than that of CK.The content of soil available P,alkali hydrolysable nitrogen and available K reached the maximum when the amount of bio carbon and coal based compound fertilizer was treated with the dosage of medium fertilizer,and the content of available P and available K in soil was lower than that of low fertilizer.It increased significantly by 29.1%~43.46%,64.61%~92.39%,and no significant difference was found with high fertilizer consumption.The content of soil organic matter was the highest when combined with high carbon fertilizer,biochar and coal based compound fertilizer,and the amount of soil organic matter was not significant.(5)the content of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium of soil carbon and coal based compound fertilizer was significantly higher than that of CK.The content of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium in soil with high fertilizer and coal based compound fertilizer was the largest,which was significantly higher than that of low fertilizer,and there was no significant difference with the amount of medium fertilizer.(6)combined application of biochar and coal based compound fertilizers increased the activities of alkaline phosphatase,invertase,catalase and urease in soil.The activity of alkaline phosphatase,invertase,catalase and urease in soil was significantly higher than that of CK.The activity of soil alkaline phosphatase and urease was significantly higher than that of low fertilizer,and the amount of low fertilizer was increased by 7,02%~41.93%,10.46%to 134.84,respectively.There was no significant difference in the amount of high fertilizer.(7)combined application of biochar and coal based compound fertilizers can increase the contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium in maize and straw.The effect of combination of bio carbon and coal based compound fertilizer on total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium and total potassium of corn straw was the best,which was increased by 21.79%,29.56%,11.76%and 17.46%,respectively.(8)the yield of maize was improved by the combination of bio carbon and coal based compound fertilizer.Compared with CK,the yield of maize increased by 42.47%to 83.72%,and the yield of maize reached the maximum when the amount of fertilizer was used.The results showed that the effect of 13500kg/hm2 bio carbon and coal based compound fertilizer on soil fertility,corn kernel nutrient content and yield was the best,which was the best dosage for the experiment. |
