This experimental study of coal-based fertilizer and phosphorus bacteria fertilizer affect application performance, and to explore its mechanism. Methods In this experiment, the test object as rapeseed, pot randomized block experiment, study of coal-based fertilizer and phosphate-solubilizing bacteria of different proportions of soil nutrients, soil organic matter, soil activity, potted rapeseed quality, nutrition and yield influence, the main research results are as follows:(1) Fertilization can significantly improve the soil nutrient content, time and amount of the coal-based fertilizer and high phosphorus bacteria Fertilizers more effective. Single application of coal-based fertilizer compared with single application of phosphorus fertilizer treatments bacterial control treatment, soil nitrogen content in the highest increase 65.43%,60.59%, the highest increase soil phosphorus content 285.60%,248.76%, available K the highest content increased 37.81%,8.14%, the difference reached significant level. Coal-based fertilizer dosage 0.10 g-kg"’, phosphorus bacterial manure 3 g-kg-1 Fertilizers, highest soil nitrogen content, than the single application of coal-based fertilizer increase at least 18.72%, and the difference was significant. Coal-based fertilizer dosage 0.20 g-kg-1 phosphorus bacterial manure 3 g-kg-1, soil phosphorus, the highest potassium content, respectively, than the single application of coal-based fertilizers increased by at least 94.24%,37.09%, more than the single application of phosphorus fertilizer bacteria by at least 114.76%,74.70%, the difference reached significant level.(2) Single application of coal-based fertilizer and phosphorus bacteria fertilizer can increase soil organic matter content, coal-based fertilizer and phosphorus bacteria Fertilizers significant effect. Coal-based fertilizer dosage 0.10 g-kg-1, phosphorus bacterial manure 2 g-kg-1, soil organic matter content of the highest, respectively, compared with the single application of coal-based fertilizer, a single application of phosphorus fertilizer increased by at least 35.97%,21.88%.(3) Fertilization can significantly improve soil enzyme activities, and coal-based fertilizer and phosphorus fertilizer on the soil bacterial urease, invertase activity is more effective. Single application of coal-based fertilizer and a single application of phosphorus fertilizer treatments bacterial control treatment comparison, the highest urease activity increased 21.34%,57.05%; the highest soil invertase activity increased 159.55 percent,236.76 percent. Coal-based fertilizer in an amount of 0.15 g-kg-1, phosphorus bacterial manure 3 g-kg-1 Fertilizer highest urease activity and single application of coal-based fertilizer and a single application of phosphorus fertilizer bacteria compared to an increase of at least 62.04%, 27.26%. Coal-based fertilizer dosage 0.20 g-kg-1, phosphorus bacterial manure 2 g·kg-1, the highest soil invertase activity of soil invertase activity than the single application of coal-based fertilizer, phosphorus bacteria fertilizer increased by at least 45.34%,12.01%. But coal-based fertilizer and phosphorus bacteria Fertilizers each dealing with a single application of the same amount of coal-based fertilizer treatment compared to alkaline phosphatase activity.(4) Fertilization can increase canola chlorophyll, nitrate, reducing sugar content, coal-based fertilizer and phosphorus bacteria fertilizer on rapeseed quality pot is more effective. Single application of coal-based fertilizer and a single application of phosphorus fertilizer treatments bacterial control treatment comparison, the highest chlorophyll content rapeseed increased 178.75%,71.59%. Coal-based fertilizer dosage 0.05 g-kg-1, phosphorus bacterial manure 1 g-kg-1 with giving than the single application of coal-based fertilizer, phosphorus bacteria fertilizer highest single increase 8.53%,76.31%. Suitable amounts of coal-based fertilizer and phosphorus bacteria Fertilizers, can reduce nitrate content of rape. Low amount of coal-based fertilizer and phosphorus bacteria Fertilizers, a significant increase in sugar content rapeseed.(5) Fertilization can significantly increase the pot rapeseed total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium content, and coal-based fertilizer and phosphorus bacteria Fertilizers better. Single application of coal-based fertilizer compared with single application of phosphorus fertilizer treatments bacterial control treatment, rape highest nitrogen content increased 140.58%,50.80%; total phosphorus content increased 20.31%,90.12% respectively; total nitrogen content increased 20.69%,27.57%, showing significant difference. Coal-based fertilizer and phosphorus bacteria Fertilizers each dealing with a single application compared to the same amount of coal-based fertilizer treatment, rape total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium content increased. Coal-based fertilizer dosage 0.20 g·kg-1, phosphorus bacterial manure 2 g-kg-1 rapeseed highest nitrogen content, than a single phosphorus fertilizer increased by at least 92.97% of bacteria, a significant difference.(6) Fertilization could increase rapeseed production, coal-based fertilizer and phosphorus bacteria fertilizer better. Coal-based fertilizer and phosphorus bacteria Fertilizers, with the addition of increased amounts of phosphorus bacteria fertilizer, rapeseed production showed an increasing trend; with the increasing amount of coal-based fertilizer, rape yield decreased. Coal-based fertilizer dosage 0.05 g-kg-1, phosphorus bacterial manure 2 g-kg "-1,the highest rape yield, than the single application of coal-based fertilizers increased by at least 50.12%; phosphorus than single bacterial fertilizer at least improve 37.19%.
