Brassica napus is one of the main oil crops in China.The material used in this experiment is a kind of rapeseed with yellow-green leaf,which is mainly characterized by yellowish green leaf color during the whole growth period.It can be directly observed and distinguished.The nutritional quality and various agronomic characteristics of the rapeseed of mutant are recorded and measured.Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and transmission electron microscopy,the special leaf color characters of rapeseed were preliminarily studied,and this can be the genetic germplasm resources provided for Brassica napus rapeseed breeding.It was found that BY was smaller than CK during each growth period,which could provide candidate genes for early maturity varieties breeding.The glucosino contained in BY is significantly lower than CK,which can provide germplasm resources for the breeding of low sulfur glycosides.Primary effective branch site,primary effective branches,grain number of 20 pods,and thousand grain weight are significantly less in BY than CK.The content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll and carotenoid at seedling stage,bolting stage and the florescence were lower than CK.chlorophyll a/chlorophyll b value of BY is greater than CK;the ratio of total chlorophyll and carotenoid in BY is less than CK.Pn of BY was significantly lower than CK in the seedling stage and bolting stage and the florescence,and Tr of BY was lower than CK in the seedling stage and the bolting stage and the florescence.Fo,Fv/Fm,Fv/Fm,QP,QN,? PS ? and ETR of BY were significantly lower than BT.The Chloroplast thylakoid lamellas of BY were less numerous but arranged neatly.Preliminary results showed that the transform of BY yield traits was due to the change of chloroplast structure,the decrease of Photosynthetic Pigments Content and the decrease of photosynthetic characteristics.
