Research And Countermeasures Of Pesticide Residues In Agricultural Products In China-ASEAN Trade

With the upgrading of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area and the rapid development of the "the Belt and Road Initiative" construction,the trade between China and ASEAN has developed rapidly in recent years.The two sides are both important trading partners for cooperation and mutual benefit,as well as fiercertain cely competitive trade rivals.China and ASEAN are all great agricultural countries,but the level of agricultural science and technology is relative low.There are some similarities in varieties and quality of agricultural products.In addition to the preferential tariff policies for bilateral agricultural products,the competition situation of import and export agricultural products is getting tougher.Therefore,be setting the technical barriers of trade and continuously revising and stringent standards for pesticide residue limits for agricultural products,which have become effective measures for China and ASEAN for improving the access standards for the market of agricultural products.There are five parts in this article.The first part is the foreword,which explains the impact of current pesticide residues on the trade of agricultural products,and reviews the research for the impact of pesticide residues of agricultural trade at home and abroad.The second part introduces the status of agricultural products trade between China and ASEAN,and briefly introduces the situation of agricultural industries and the types of agricultural products exported from China and ASEAN in terms of geography,culture,science and technology.The third part elaborates the current status of pesticide residue regulation between China and ASEAN,including regulatory authorities,legal systems,standards establishment,and regulatory procedures,and analyzes the causes and effects of pesticide residues in the agricultural trade.The fourth part discusses the countermeasures for solving the problem of pesticide residues in the China-ASEAN agricultural products trade,and the proposes countermeasures from the aspects of perfecting the legal system,improving the supervision system,supporting the national level,cooperating with the bilateral regulatory authorities,advocating industry participation and encouraging enterprises for improving their own strength.The fifth part is the conclusion and discussion.The conclusion is that we must continue to pay attention to the problem of pesticide residues in agricultural trade,upgrade the latest information,adjust the pesticide residue limit standards for the export of agricultural products and the pesticide residue detection technology for importing the agricultural products,and which jointly propose to actively respond for the agricultural trade.The article proposes the solutions of pesticide residues protects for the health and environmental safety in our country,in order to improve the development of agricultural trade.
