This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary curcumin levels and dietary fucoxanthin levels on growth performance,digestive enzyme activities,dorsal muscle composition and immunity of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco,and preliminarily discuss the effects of dietary curcumin levels and dietary fucoxanthin levels on biochemical index and disease resistance of P.Fulvidraco.Based on these,this paper can provide a reference for the development of new immunopotentiator for P.Fulvidraco.1 Effects of dietary curcumin level on growth performance,biochemical indices and disease resistance of P.fulvidraco.Seven hundred twenty P.Fulvidraco(initial body weight 13.17±0.68 g,initial body length 11.86±0.53 cm)were randomly divided into 6 groups,and each group had three replicates and each replicate had 40 fish.Six diets were formulated with curcumin level of 0 mg/kg,50 mg/kg,100 mg/kg,200 mg/kg,400 mg/kg and 800 mg/kg,respectively marked as T1~T6.After the 8-week feeding trial,the growth performance,antioxidant ability,non-specific immunity and disease resistance of P.Fulvidraco were determined.The results indicated as follows: WGR?SGR and PER of P.Fulvidraco were significantly raised in 200 mg/kg level group(P<0.05).FCR was significantly decreased in the 200 mg/kg level group(P<0.05).With the curcumin level increasing,muscle crude protein of P.Fulvidraco reached the highest value in the 400 mg/kg level group(P<0.05),and muscle crude lipid of P.Fulvidraco reached the lowest value in the 200 mg/kg level group(P<0.05).Digestive enzyme activities of P.Fulvidraco were significantly raised by dietary curcumin.The activities of protease,amylase and lipase of intestineand stomach were significantly raised at the curcumin level of 200-400 mg/kg(P<0.05).The analysis results of the activities of SOD,MDA,CAT,GSH-PX,and the contents of GSH and NO of tissues and serum of P.Fulvidraco indicated that the antioxidant ability of P.Fulvidraco was significantly raised at the curcumin level of 200-400 mg/kg(P<0.05).The analysis results of the activities of GOT and GPT of hepatopancreas and serum and the contents of C3,ALB and Ig M of serum indicated that the non-specific immunity of P.Fulvidraco was significantly raised in the curcumin level of 200-400 mg/kg(P<0.05).200-400 mg/kg curcumin level can significantly rise the relative m RNA expression levels of Ig M,GST,MT,Hepc,Hsc70 in hepatopancreas of P.Fulvidraco(P<0.05).The relative m RNA expression levels of Ig M,GST,MT,Hepc,Hsc70 in midkidney of P.Fulvidraco were significantly raised at the curcumin level of 200-400 mg/kg(P<0.05).In addition,compared with control groups,the respiratory burst activity of blood cells and immune protection rate were significantly raised and the cumulated mortality rate was significantly decreased at the curcumin level of 200 mg/kg(P<0.05).In conclusion,the optimal curcumin levels for P.Fulvidraco were 200-400 mg/kg.2 Effects of dietary fucoxanthin fucoxanthin level group,muscle crude protein of P.Fulvidraco reached the highest value and muscle crude lipid of P.Fulvidraco reached the lowest value.Digestive enzyme activities of P.Fulvidraco were significantly raised by dietary curcumin,The activities of protease,amylase and lipase of intestine and stomach were significantly raised at the curcumin level of 160-640 mg/kg(P<0.05).The contents of TG?TCHO?and LDL-C were significantly decreased and HDL-C contents were significantly raised in 320-640 mg/kg fucoxanthin level groups(P<0.05).The analysis results of the activities of mg/kg(P<0.05).GOT and GPT activities in hepatopancreas and serum of P.Fulvidraco was significantly decreased in 640 mg/kg fucoxanthin level(P<0.05).320 mg/kg fucoxanthin level can significantly rise the relative m RNA expression levels of Ig M,GST,MT,Hepc,Hsc70 in hepatopancreas of P.Fulvidraco(P<0.05).the relative m RNA expression levels of Ig M,GST,MT,Hepc,Hsc70 in midkidney of P.Fulvidraco were significantly raised at the fucoxanthin level of 320 mg/kg(P<0.05).In addition,compared with control group,the respiratory burst activity of blood cells and immune protection rate were
