Corylus heterophylla Fisch.×Corylus avellana L.was cultivated varieties of Corylus Heterophylla Fisch and Corylus avellana L.Because it combined with their good characteristics,it has many advantages,such as high fruit,high yield,strong cold resistance,early fruiting,high kernel yield and strong adaptability.Since the success of seed selection,it's popular among the majority of producers and consumers,the market prospects are very good.Corylus heterophylla Fisch.×Corylus avellana L.etiolation coppice shoots compared with the traditional shoots,the rooting rate of cuttings increased significantly,because of it accumulation of auxin activity is relatively large.So if we can fully use the shoots,it can use this advantage to improve hazelnut breeding efficiency,and help to improve the market demands.In this study choose the Xinjiang's three main varieties of Corylus heterophylla Fisch.×Corylusavellana L.etiolation coppice shoots?New hazel one?84-254?,New hazel tow?82-11?,New hazel three?84-310??as research object,treated with different soils,foliar fertilizers,growth hormone species and hormone concentrations,in order to compare and analyze the growth dynamic and root index of etiolated coppice shoots,and studied the effects of various factors on it rooting,aim to explore the best conditions for high efficiency and simple cutting,to provide it an important basis for promoting the high quality production and breeding.The main research results are as follows:?1?Study on the effects of different soils,growth hormone species and hormone concentrationons on different varieties of Corylus heterophylla Fisch.×Corylusavellana L.etiolation coppice shoots.The results showed that the best combination was soil S1J1H1?sandy loam:sawdust:riversand=1:1:1?,as 1500 mg/L IBA treatment with new hazel tow or new hazel three.?2?Study on the effects of different growth hormone ratio on the etiolation coppice shoots of new hazel one;The results showed that suitable hormone ratio could improved the quality of root,and the best ratio was H1?IBA1500 mg/L+NAA400 mg/L?.?3?Study on the effects of different types and proportions of foliar fertilizers on etiolation coppice shoots grow;results showed that the interaction of urea,amino acid,potassium dihydrogen phosphate foliar fertilizers can improve different effect on the etiolation coppice shoots.The specific effects were with the increase of urea fertilizer application amount and the rooting effect increased;the effect decreased with the increase of amino acid and potassium dihydrogen phosphate fertilizer application amount.In the three foliar fertilizers,urea fertilizer was the best,followed by potassium dihydrogen phosphate and amino acid fertilizer.?4?Study on different cutting environments and managements effects on root growth of etiolated coppice shoots.Comparing with the shoots and etiolation coppice shoots,the results showed that it management complexity were significantly reduced.Compared with the three different environments,the plastic greenhouse environment was effect best,followed by the line between the standard planting areas,and the line between the Pecan trees.
