Hazelnut belongs to Branch of Hazel (Betulaceae) Hazel is (Coryluslinn), as one of the world's four major dried fruit with high economic value, but limited to the seed, layering, grafting and other methods of breeding restrictions, the good strains of seeds of propagation and cultivation techniques has to be resolved, cutting propagation techniques for breeding hazelnut positive practical significance.This article was doing sysmetical research on technologies of cuttage propagation, using the Corylus heterophylla×Corylus avellana and Corylus avellan L. as experimental materials. In details, making cuttings from the crown branch, the basal branch and amputating limb buds, respectively. And they were treated with different plant growth regulators, and cultivated cuttage in different matrixes. Meanwhile, it disscussed the mechanism of adventitious root organogenesis from the physiological biochemistry and anatomy aspect. The results were listed as follows: 1.Research on key technology of cuttage reproduction(1) The Corylus heterophylla×Corylus avellana and the Corylus avellan L. were both suitable for tend branch, and the esperiment effect was best on 5th July, not only with high rooting rate, but also the greater number of adventitious root. Moreover, the fresh treetop could sprout next spring. (2) Compared with the effect of IBA, NAA, IBA+NAA, ABT1, the best condition for rooting effect was treatment in the substrate (pearlite and vermiculite volume ratio as 2:1) with 100 mg.L-1 IBA for 2 hours. (3) selected cuttings of all, the amputating limb buds showed best effcet. (4) The survival of Corylus avellan'cuttage seedlings was higher than that of Corylus heterophyll×Corylus avellana's, and the greenhouse and little arch shed were good for survival rate to through the winter.2. Research on the mechanism of adventitious root organogenesis(1) Under different situations, the relations between rootting rates and content of single endogene hormoneare were quite complex, but in general IAA/ABA presented empirical dependence; The nutritional level influenced rootting ability, and rootting rates were on correlational dependence to the C/N, but not abvious relevance with the content of phenol material; With the highter activity of POD, PPO in cuttings, it lead a higher rooting rate; With the treatment of plant growth regulator, the endogene hormone level was obviousely enhance.(2) In the process of adventitious root organogenesis, the contain of endogenous substance changed dynamicly, in which IAA content increased first, then reduced, and finally rised; the content of ZT and GA3 first decreased then rised, but the content of ABA continued to decrease in the entire process. In the entire process of the adventitious root organogenesis, the tendency on the ratio of IAA/ABA and C/N went up continuously, but the phenol material content did not change regularly. The activity of the three kinds of enzymes raised up first then reduced in rootting process.(3 ) The adventitious root's occurrence of Corylus avellan belonged to induced primordium which formed in the marrow beam and the cambium infall.The adventitious root developed on the cuttings margin edge or l-3cm above the margin. The cambium cells were activated firstly in the adventitious root occurrence, then splited as a result of proliferation and accumulation continuously, next was induced into the root base by differentiation, at last the root basal long grew to break through epidermis and formed the adventitious root.
