Woodland ecosystem is a multilevel and multivariate complex system,which has its complex structure and function.It can provide strong ecological,social and economic benefits for human development and survival.In our country,the agriculture and forestry industry is one of the most important pillar industries,which plays an extremely important role in improving people's livelihood,improving the ecology and promoting economic development.According to the relevant scientific research results in recent years,the quantitative evaluation results of ecological service value can serve as an important reference for the progress of ecological civilization.Value brought by the current for forest resources assessment just stops in terms of economic efficiency,the ecological and social benefits in terms of cognitive are not comprehensive enough,so the construction of low hills gentle slope in the project development process of forest land ecosystem service value accounting system and the correct reasonable analysis of forest land ecosystem service value assessment have realistic practical meaning.The occupation of forestland leads to the loss of forestland ecological service value,and at the same time intensifies the damage of development and construction projects to the surrounding ecological environment.In order to clarify the sustainable development of the hilly and gentle slope development project area in Yunnan province.The ecological profit and loss in the project development process can be calculated more intuitively in the form of currency,and the ecological benefits before and after the project development can be compared intuitively in order to formulate more scientific and accurate substantive policies for the development and protection of ecological resources of low hills and gentle slopes reasonably and effectively and to promote scientific and stable sustainable development of low hill gentle slope project.A total of 12 development and construction project areas were selected for case study after screening.The twelve districts are respectively Tangdian project area?Liushuwan project area?Jiulonggu project area?Bailongshan project area?Grand canyon west project area?north of the city project area?Baiyan project area?Jingda project area?Jiantang project area?Nanshan project area?Fumin project area?Nanshan dam industrial park project area.In order to achieve obvious results of improving land utilization rate and agricultural production conditions in the process of mountain development,a set of service value measurement model was established based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars.Through specific measurement and analysis,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)the ecological service value evaluation model of occupied forest land constructed in this paper mainly includes the analysis of five functions,embracing water conservation,soil conservation,carbon fixation and oxygen release,nutrient accumulation and atmospheric purification.Among them,the function of water conservation includes the value of regulating water quantity and improving water quality of forest land.The function of soil conservation includes the value of soil fixation and fertilizer preservation of forest land.The carbon sequestration and oxygen release function includes the carbon sequestration value and oxygen release value of woodland;The function of accumulating nutrients includes the value of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium stored in forestland.The function of purifying atmosphere includes the value of absorbing pollutant and retaining dust.(2)based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper established a set of service value measurement model,tested the model with sample data,and then updated the key parameters in the model based on the latest situation in 2018,so as to achieve the purpose of accurate measurement of each part of ecological function value.(3)the paper selected twelve development project area of forest land ecosystem service value of about 64.535 million yuan,a total of about 55438.13 yuan per unit area ecosystem service value,except for a few special cases,the development and construction way of the different project area is the basic unit of forest ecological service value is the same,the amount of forest ecological service value is proportional to the area size of the relationship.The development and construction of the projectarea lead to the change of forest cover,thus affecting the regional environment,such as vegetation change,soil erosion and other losses.(4)in order to avoid the loss of the ecological service value of the forest land occupied by the development of the project area,it is necessary to strengthen the protection of the forest land cover in the future construction process.In combination with the current development situation of the hilly and gentle slope project area in yunnan province,specific countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.
