The tobacco seedling is a key part of the tobacco production The main stage in the floating system for tobacco seedling,the utility model has the advantages of saving land for tobacco seedling bed,regulation,improve the overall quality of tobacco seedlings,and enhanced resistance to stress,but it has high cost,large area limit,seed germination rate,root vigor of low.In view of the above problems,the author attempts to reduce the production cost and improve the root activity of Flue-cured Tobacco by using the improved seedling substrate,so as to facilitate the promotion of floating seedling and enhance the resistance to stress.Based on this,the Yunnan Provincial Tobacco Monopoly Bureau(company)and Puer Tobacco Monopoly Bureau(company)financial support,to carry out the research and application of sand based floating seedlings.This experiment mainly by setting the CK:conventional substrate;1:sand;sand processing 2:75%+25%conventional matrix;3:50%sand base+50%conventional matrix;5 processing 4:25%sand+75%conventional matrix conventional seedling and sand with different proportion of fertilizer research and its effect on seedling quality and physiological and biochemical characteristics,conventional seedling matrix and sand foundation with different proportion of fertilizer on the early transplanting flue-cured tobacco growth and physiological and biochemical and conventional substrates and sand with different proportion of fertilizer on flue-cured tobacco and analysis of economic benefit cost analysis on the three aspects,and then selected for optimum proportion of matrix floating seedlings of Pu'er City tobacco,to provide a sustainable basis for reducing floating process cost and improve the quality of tobacco seedling.The results showed that1?The conventional matrix and sand ratio of floating seedling can significantly improve the quality of tobacco seedlings and physiological and biochemical characteristics of promoting The conventional matrix and sand ratio can improve the seedling emergence rate,seedling rate,seedling rate,plant height,stem girth,maximum leaf length and width,fresh weight,dry weight,root activity,chlorophyll content,peroxidase activity and photosynthetic index correlation properties,of which 75%and 25%conventional sand foundation commodity matrnx fertilizers on the quality of tobacco seedling increased most significantly,other proportion(50%sand and 50%conventional commodity,25%matrix,sand foundation and 75%conventional commodity matrix)to a certain extent,can also improve the quality of tobacco seedlings,compared with the CK treatment had no significant difference;sand floating phase than other treatments did not promote to improve the quality of tobacco seedling.2.The growth and physiological characteristics of flue-cured tobacco were promoted by conventional media and sand based ratio.Through field experiment,the growth of seedling,conventional sand based and matched on transplanting field within three weeks of flue-cured tobacco,conventional matrix and sand based ratio could significantly promote the plant height,stem girth,maximum leaf length and Ye Kuan,shoot fresh and dry weight,root fresh and dry weight in 3:1,and no significant differences in the ratio of 1:1 and 1:3 when compared with the conventional breeding seedling,even in some of the indicators is weaker than the conventional seedling,sand based cultivation of the overall quality of tobacco seedlings was weaker than other treatments.3.The effect of conventional medium and sand ratio on the growth and physiological characteristics of flue cured tobacco.The conventional matrix and sand base fertilizer can improve the floating height,leaf weight,chlorophyll content and photosynthetic index correlation,had no effect on leaf number and effective,no significant difference in different fertilizer treatments,but were lower than T1 treatment existence difference;with the tobacco continues to grow,the difference the photosynthetic characteristics of stomata decreased gradually,vigorous conductance between each treatment had no difference.4.The cost of different substrate ratio and the economic benefit of tobacco leaf.Among the treatments with the yield of T2 is highest,reaching 193.5kg/mu,the fine tobacco ratio as high as 62.4%,the average price of 28.98 yuan/kg,the total output value reached 5607.63 yuan l/mu,compared to other treatments reached the maximum;T2-T4 total output value and the proportion of superior tobacco and the average price is better than that of CK and T1.T2 treatment compared to conventional seedling in tobacco leaves,yield,average price and output value increased 1.31 yuan,6.1%acres of 9.9kg/,/kg and 527.42yuan/mu.Overall,the conventional matrix and sand in a certain proportion of fertilizer can improve the yield and value of tobacco T1 treatment in the processing of the lowest,for 8.22 yuan/mu,the the other treatment costs were reduced bconventional medium and sand based distribution cost statistics center.Compared with CK,y 1071 yuan per mu,8.04 yuan,5.36 yuan and 2.68 yuan,sand content is higher,the lower the cost of labor;the highest in the treatment of T1 and CK is the lowest,the amount of labor of conventional matrix and sand based fertilizer.
