In order to explore the effect of different seedling transplanting on the growth and yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco,K326 was used as experimental material.Five different seedling treatments were romdamly arranged by field experiment,a nd been transplanted when the age of seedling is 4 leaves,5 leaves,6 leaves,7 leaves and 8leaves.The agronomic traits of the flue-cured tobacco during the growing period were measured, and the dry matter accumulation of the samples was measured. The analysis of internal chemical composition and sensory quality of the initial flue-cured tobacco leaves came to the results:1.Different seedling transplanting on the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco during the agronomic traits were significantly influenced. In the whole process of flue-cured tobacco growth and development, plant height increased with the increase of seedling age in the long period of flue-cured tobacco;stem circumference decreased with the increase of seedling age;leaf number did not change with the increase of seedling age.Every period of duration were all kept within an appropriate range: the leaf length, leaf width and leaf area of the upper, middle and lower leaves decreased with the increase of seedling age.2.The leaf area coefficient increased with the increase of seedling age,but the lea f area coefficient decreased with the increase of seedling age.The photosynthetic potential increased first and then decreased with the increase of seedling age in flue-cured tobacco field. The total photosynthetic potential of different periods of processed duration was significant.3.Dry matter accumulation of flue-cured tobacco is different under the transplant o n different seedling ages. There was no significant difference in dry matter accumulation in the middle part and upper part of flue-cured tobacco and dry matter accumulation in the lower part of flue-cured tobacco leaves during the different seedling ages. With the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco, the dry matter accumulation showed difference within vigorous growing stage, squaring stage and mature stage, and they followed the same law.The dry matter accumulation in the upper, middle, lower and aboveground areas decreased with the increase of seedling age.4.After 60 days of transplanting, every value of processed MLIA showed the trend that increased first and then decreased with the increase of seedling age.The values of every processed extinction coefficient K were as follows: increased with the growth and development, and the value of K shows the trend that increased with the increase of seedling age.5.The contents of the chemical components in the leaves of the roasted leaves were different. The effects of different ages on the total sugar content of flue-cured tobacco were not obvious.Except for the upper leaf content, the contents of the middle leaves and the lower leaves were in the proper range: the content of reducing sugar decreased with the increase of seedling age;the content of starch was not significant;the nicotine content of upper and middle leaves of flue-cured tobacco increased first and then decreased with the increase of seedling age.The content of potassium in upper and middle leaves of flue-cured tobacco decreased with the increase of seedling age.The effects of different seedling age on the total nitrogen content in the middle leaves of flue-cured tobacco were more obvious, which decreased with the increase of seedling age.6.The results showed that the economic traits of flue-cured tobacco had a significant effect on the yield of flue-cured tobacco, the value of yield, the proportion of upper-class tobacco,middle-class tobacco and so on.The economic traits were A2> A3> A1> A4> A5.The increase of seedling age increased first and then decreas ed.The yield was the highest when the leaves is 5,the value is 2122 kg / hm2,the output value was 63384 yuan / hm2,and the proportion of medium to medium smoke was 89.22%.Different seedling treatments had an important effect on the population structure and individual development of flue-cured tobacco.Appropriate seedling transplanting could improve the coordination of chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco, play a positive role in the balance of flue-cured tobacco production and the sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco.Through the comprehensive analysis,it is suggested that the individual plants of transplanted tobacco growed best when the leaves is 5,which provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the cultivation techniques of flue-cured tobacco, and provides technical guidance for the refined production of tobacco leaves in Q ujing base, and on the other hand,it is of great significance to improve the protection of great special tobacco raw material supply in Guangdong.
