With the sand-cultured and leaf-cutted and non-chemical regulator as the control group,the experiment uses different concentrations and masses of amine fresh ester(DA-6)and chlormequat(CCC)to deal with tobacco seedlings 7 days before their transplanting without being leaf-cutted.Besides,when they are transplanted and watered into the field,0.05g/L rooting powder(ABT)is applied for drenching roots.Then,functions and effects will be discussed and studied after the paper detects indicators of tobacco seedling quality,measures main biochemical and physiological indicators,records fiedl's main agronomic character indicators after transplanting and gauges products of post-flue-cured tabacoo leaves and related product indicators.The finial results show as the follow:1.Effects of different treatments on tobacco seedlings' qualityBefore tobacco seedlings are transplanted,7-day observation has conducted for tobacco seedling quality and main biochemical and physiological indicators have been detected which all delivered a result that the combination of 0.05g/L amine fresh ester(DA-6)+ 0.25g/L chlormequat(CCC)(T6)has the best activity in terms of tobacco seedling,nitrate reductases,peroxidases,catalases,which is 245.4ug/ g·h,13.4U/mg,15.2 U/mg and 9.87 U/mg respectively.With all combinations were engaged before the transplant,the lowest is 7-day sand-tempered seedling(T1,control group),which shows 150.9 ug/g·h,6.72 U/mg,6.32 U/mg and 2.88 U/mg respectively.2 Influences of chemical regulator combinations of different masses and concentrations on main agronomic characters after different transplanted 7-day treatments(post-topping)is down.Plants have the highest height,87.9cm,when the combination of 0.05g/L amine fresh ester(DA-6)+ 0.25g/L chlormequat(CCC)(T6)is applied,wihle the lowest is 80.0cm in 7-day sand-tempered seedlings(T1);Tobacco leaves are the largest in size with 782.9cm2 when the combination of 0.05g/L amine fresh ester(DA-6)+ 0.25g/L chlormequat(CCC)(T6),the smallest size is 670.0cm2 in 7-day sand-tempered seedlings(T1).3.Influences of chemical regulator combinations of different masses and concentrations on tobacco leaves' quality and production.Here comes the total scores of B2 f and C3 F for their leaves' appearance quality indicators.They earn the highest scores after they have been applied with when the combination of 0.05g/L amine fresh ester(DA-6)+ 0.25g/L chlormequat(CCC)(T6),the lowest in 7-day sand-tempered seedlings(T1);ECI(Economic indicators of main economic performance for tobacco leaves)is the highest,0.800,in the combination of 0.05g/L amine fresh ester(DA-6)+ 0.25g/L chlormequat(CCC)(T6),the lowest,0.689,in 7-day sand-tempered seedlings(T1);CCUI of leaves of B2 F and C3 F enjoys the highest,0.942,in the combination of 0.05g/L amine fresh ester(DA-6)+ 0.25g/L chlormequat(CCC)(T6),the lowest,0.828,in 7-day sand-tempered seedlings(T1).Based on the above-mentioned results,it is known that effects on tabacco seedlings and products and masses of leaves are the highest in the combination of 0.05g/L amine fresh ester(DA-6)+ 0.25g/L chlormequat(CCC)(T6),the lowest in 7-day sand-tempered seedlings(T1),which is chased by the combination of 0.025g/L amine fresh ester(DA-6)+ 0.25g/L chlormequat(CCC)(T4),the combination of 0.05g/L amine fresh ester(DA-6)+ 0.50g/L chlormequat(CCC)(T7),the combination of 0.025g/L amine fresh ester(DA-6)+ 0.50g/L chlormequat(CCC)(T5),the combination of 0.00g/L amine fresh ester(DA-6)+ 0.25g/L chlormequat(CCC)(T2),the combination of 0.00g/L amine fresh ester(DA-6)+ 0.50g/L chlormequat(CCC)(T3),all with 7-day sand-tempered seedlings(T1,control group).When tabacco seedlings are not leaf-cutted in sand-tempered condition,growth and product of tabacco seedlings can be influenced when mixed chemical combinations of amine fresh ester(DA-6)and chlormequat(CCC)are applied and aqueous solution with ABT is used in transplantation.At the same time,same amount,quality and concentration of amine fresh ester(DA-6)decays when chlormequat(CCC)is increasingly added in terms of mass,concentration and volume.
