This study with 12 Yili horses as the research objects,adopted hydrotherapy and ambling to recover the fatigue of the horses after the test competition,understood the effect of different recovery methods on the blood gas index and heart rate of the horses,analyzed and compared the recovery conditions of different indexes of the horses using different methods,explored the promoting effects of different recovery methods on the fatigue recovery of the horses,and provided theoretical reference for the application of the recovery methods after competition of the horses.After the race,different methods were conducted for the fatigue recovery.BE of ambling is significantly higher than that of the hydrotherapy and control group?P<0.05?after 20 min and 1 h to the end of the match.LAC of ambling is significantly lower than that of hydrotherapy?P<0.05?after 20 min to the end of the match.LAC of ambling is very significantly lower than that of hydrotherapy?P<0.01?,LAC of ambling is significantly lower than that of control group?P<0.05?after 1 h to the end of the match.Ambling's pH is very significantly higher that of hydrotherapy?P<0.01?after 1 h to the end of the match.HCO3? of hydrotherapy and ambling is significantly higher that of the control group?P<0.05?.Hb of ambling is significantly lower than that of hydrotherapy and control group after 20 min to the end of the match?P<0.05?.Hct of hydrotherapy is significantly higher that of ambling?P<0.05?.TCO2 of hydrotherapy is significantly higher than that of ambling?P<0.05?,SvO2 of hydrotherapy is significantly lower than that of ambling?P<0.05?after 20 min to the end of the match;PvO2 of control group is significantly higher than that of hydrotherapy and ambling?P<0.05?after 20 min to the end of the match;PvCO2 of hydrotherapy is significantly higher than that of ambling?P<0.05?,TCO2 of ambling is significantly higher than that of control group?P<0.05?,TCO2 of hydrotherapy is significantly lower than that of control group?P<0.05? after 1 h to the end of the match.K+ of hydrotherapy is significantly lower than that of ambling?P<0.05? after 20 min to the end of the match and the Ca2+ of hydrotherapy is significantly higher than that of ambling and control group?P<0.05?.The above results show that the ambling has better effect on the regulation of acid-base balance and other blood gas indexes,hydrotherapy has better effect on the regulation of electrolyte and blood gas indexes,so ambling and hydrotherapy both can be used for horse recovery after the test.LAC,BE,pH and Ca2+ in the blood are significantly different using different methods for recovery,which can be used as indexes to evaluate the recovery of horses.After the race,different methods were conducted for the fatigue recovery.20 min after the competition,the heart rates of the horses using hydrotherapy is very significantly lower than that using ambling?P<0.01? and the heart rates of the horses from the control group is significantly lower than that using ambling?P<0.05?;1 h after the competition,the heart rates of the horses using hydrotherapy is still very significantly lower than that using ambling?P<0.01? and the heart rates of the horses from the control group is no notable difference in terms of heart rates recovered between the horses using hydrotherapy and that from the control group;20 min after the competition,the HR recovery rates of the horses using ambling is very significantly lower than those using hydrotherapy?P<0.01?,and obviously lower than those of the control group?P<0.05?;and 1 h after the competition,the HR recovery rates of the horses using ambling is very lower than those using hydrotherapy?P<0.01?.The above results showed during the ambling,heart rates recovered slowly,implicating that ambling had certain negative effect on the heart rate recovery of the horses after exercises.Hydrotherapy plays a positive role in the recovery of heart rates and fatigue of the horses after exercises.Therefore,hydrotherapy has a positive effect and can be applicable to the recovery of their heart rates after competitions.
