Current Situation And Development Direction Of Feed Grade Vitamin Production And Application In China

Vitamin is an essential micronutrient that an organism needs in small quantities for the proper functioning of its metabolism.Essential nutrients cannot be synthesized in the organism,either at all or not in sufficient quantities,and therefore must be obtained through the diet.In recent years,with the development of nutrition research,people have deepened their understanding of the role of vitamin nutrition,followed by focusing on research for vitamin application in feed,and found it is very important for improvement on the growth performance and immunity for cultured animal with dietary vitamin supplementation,then the demand for vitamins increased in feed industry.This study summarizes the current situation of vitamin production in China and the application of vitamins in feed industry.Through analysis,we found that the problems in vitamin industry in China,such as unstable product quality,too frequent price fluctuations,weak awareness of industry cooperation and self-discipline,and national trade barriers.In conclusion,the healthy development of the vitamin industry in China depends on technological innovation,personnel training,establishment of standards and industry self-discipline.
