As a big agricultural country,China has abundant crop straw resources.With the change of rural urbanization in China,the agricultural energy consumption structure has undergone tremendous changes.In order to reduce the social harm and waste of resources caused by idle crops and incineration,in order to improve the utilization of crops and crops,and to improve the effective conversion of resources Research on low-power,high-stability straw recycling and field transfer equipment has very important social production and ecological significance.At present,the main straw harvesting and collecting equipment in China include straw balers and straw picking and transporting equipment;Straw picking and transporting equipment,such as scattered grass picking up wagon,as a new member of straw collecting equipment,has the advantages of simple procedures,fast speed of off-field,strong adaptability of straw,etc.,and has a natural advantage for short-distance transportation of straw.At present,the scattered grass pick-up trailers are mainly used for pasture collection,and there are very few scattered grass pick-up trailers for rice straw collection.The dial cutting and feeding device is an important component of picking up the trailer.The adaptability of the material is very different for different working materials.The forage picking trailer is directly used to collect rice and wheat straw,and the cutting feed device has low working efficiency and power consumption.Higher,job stability is poor.This paper proposes the research and experiment of the roller cutting and feeding device with wheat straw as the working object,aiming at reducing the material cutting power and improving the stability of equipment work,combined with the three-dimensional modeling software SOLIDWORKS,modal analysis software ANSYS WORKBENCH,and According to the method of response surface optimization test,theoretical analysis,structural design and research are carried out for the corresponding components of the dial cutting and feeding device,and the target components include: a roller moving mechanism,a cutting fixed knife,a grass returning board and the like.The main work of this topic and the main conclusions drawn are as follows:(1)Through the motion analysis of the relevant structure of the dial cutting and feeding device,the relationship between the structural parameters of the dial moving knife,cutting fixed knife and backing plate is obtained.(2)The cutting characteristics of wheat straw with different water content were studied by universal test bench.The test showed the most economical cutting slip angle model of wheat straw cutting,Provide basic cutting theory reference for designing wheat straw cutting tools;(3)Combined with modeling analysis software such as SOLIDWORKS and ANSYS WORKBENCH and related instruments,the design of each mechanism of the rotor cutting and feeding device is designed.Among them,1)through the analysis of the moving blade,the fixed blade,the shape of the blade,and the cutting and feeding process of the straw material,the relative position between the moving blade,the fixed blade and the backing plate,and the structure are obtained.Relationship,finally the blade structure is designed based on the structure of the moving blade and the grass-removing plate,and finally the roller cutting feeding device with constant pushing angle and constant angle of pushing the blade is obtained;2)According to the theory of straw sliding The theoretical analysis and design of the fixed blade structure is carried out,and the cutting blade with the characteristics of equal sliding angle is obtained.3)The modal characteristic(vibration characteristic)of the rotating blade moving mechanism is analyzed to prevent the equipment from being Structural resonance hazards occur during work;(4)The Box-Behnken combined test design method was used to analyze the influence of cutting speed and cutting stability by the three factors of the cutting speed,cutting clearance and cutting pushing angle.The model was optimized and the model and optimization results were verified by verification experiments.The results show that the model has high reliability.The corresponding parameters of the cutting and feeding device are optimized by Design-Expert software.The optimization results show that the water content is 22 ~30% wheat straw,the optimal working parameters of the cutting and cutting feeding device are: rotor moving speed 130r/min,cutting clearance 5 mm,cutting pushing angle 15°(35° sliding cutting angle),the corresponding response value cutting power is 3.44 kW,and the cutting stability index is 6.25 %.
