| With the development of facility agriculture,vegetable industry has been attached great importance in recent years.The facility vegetable industry plays a significant role in the improvement of national economy and national diet.However,the traditional artificial transplanting of vegetables is time-consuming and laborious.It can not meet the current planting scale of vegetables.This paper selects sweet glutinous corn and cucumber to carry on the experiment and study of raising seedlings in the hole,and the substrate with different proportion from different hole plate specifications and different concentrations of leaf fertilizer(earthworm solution).Finally,the transplanting experiment was carried out by semi-automatic transplanting machine to select the most suitable vegetable sweet waxy corn and cucumber seedlings for mechanized transplanting.1.This paper to study the effects of different proportion of seedling medium on the growth of sweet waxy maize seedlings by using 8 different media formulations.The results showed that the optimum formula of rice husk:coconut bran:vermiculite 1:1:I:was obtained by determining the physic-chemical properties of each treatment and the growth indexes of sweet waxy corn seedlings.The substrate had suitable PH value and electrical conductivity.The content of organic matter is high,the leaves of the cultivated maize seedlings are thick and green,the stems are strong and accord with the standard of strong seedlings,which is very beneficial to the growth of sweet waxy maize.The sweet waxy maize seedlings cultivated by this group of seedling substrates are the most suitable for mechanized transplanting.Recommend It is a special nursery medium for sweet waxy corn.2.To study the effects of three kinds of hole plates of different specifications on the growth and development of cucumber seedlings suitable for mechanized transplanting so as to select the seedling disc with low cost and suitable for mechanized transplanting of transportation and facilities..The results showed that from the early stage of seedling raising to the later stage,the seedling growth of the 50 hole disc seedlings keeps good growth,and the three kinds of holes seedlings rose with the increase of seedling age according to the nutritional index,and the best performance of 50 hole disc seedlings was seen from physiological indexes at 30 days of seedling age.The seedling strength index,chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of cucumber seedlings were the best,and at the late stage of 40 days of seedling age,50 holes,70 holes and 105holes,due to the limitation of its own specification,were no significant difference in seedling growth,and all physiological indexes were decreased.The transplanting rate of cucumber seedlings with 50 holes in size was the highest at 30 days after transplanting.Therefore,the cucumber seedlings with 50 holes of 30 days should be selected as the standard transplanting seedlings in the actual mechanized transplanting process.3.In this paper,we study the earthworm liquid concentration for the suitable for mechanized transplanting seedling growth of cucumber,screening to cucumber seedling cultivation and the cucumber seedlings transplanting in advance of the optimum earthworms liquid concentration,using three different concentrations of earthworm liquid spraying on the leaf of cucumber seedling period,the research of different concentration of earthworm on cucumber seedling nutrition index,chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,MDA and membrane permeability index.Results showed that the spraying of earthworm 200 times liquid can significantly promote the growth of cucumber seedlings effect is best,cucumber seedlings of plant height,stem diameter,dry weight and contrast ratio rose by 51.4%,32.6%,78.8%and 51.4%respectively,seedling chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate were significantly increased,and greatly reduces the degree of cucumber seedling cell membrane lipid peroxidation,cucumber seedling transplanting stage at this time is about 25 d,suggest that by spraying on the leaf of earthworm liquid can make cucumber seedling leaves thick,stem stout,can effectively promote the growth of cucumber seedling stage growth,and can advance the cucumber the optimal transplanting period,can be recommended as a suitable mechanization of cucumber seedling transplanting seedling foliar fertilizer use. |
