In recent years,food safety issues have received much attention,especially in the food safety category of beef products.The safety of beef products involves many aspects from farm to finished products.However,due to imperfect management systems and backward production technology,the lack of information sharing between various links has made product safety issues difficult to track.Therefore,improving production technology,strengthening all-round supervision,and establishing a traceability system are the most effective,economical,and convenient methods for regulators and consumers to monitor the beef production chain.This paper develops a large-scale beef cattle farm traceability system based on the whole production cycle process of breeding,slaughtering and sales of beef cattle using coding technology,labeling technology,database and QR code identification.The system includes an intelligent platform for information collection,analysis and management of beef cattle breeding,slaughtering and sales.The system mainly realizes the reverse collection and transmission of the breeding,slaughtering and sales information of the beef cattle in the scaled beef cattle farm,and the reverse traceability of the method of scanning the QR code through the network and mobile phone.Through the establishment of a large-scale beef cattle farm traceability system,the collection and remote storage of major quality and safety information in all links of the whole industry chain,as well as tracking and reverse traceability,provide internal digital management and services for large-scale beef producers.Public platform.The construction of a beef traceability system can help consumers safeguard their rights,help the state to regulate and control,and provide quality assurance for the export of beef products.This article designs and implements a beef traceability system based on the characteristics of each link in the process from beef farming to sale.Specifically studied the following aspects.(1)Traceability indicators.The production process of beef is very complicated,and it has undergone several stages such as breeding,slaughtering,processing,transportation and sales.Each stage has different technical indicators,so it is important to select key traceability indicators for each stage of beef production.(2)Identification technology.The key to realizing the beef traceability system is to select the RFID identification technology.Through the marking of each link in the process of beef production,the coding rules are used to uniquely identify the beef products of each sub-link,thus ensuring the various links in the beef production process.The recording and transmission of traceability information,ultimately to achieve tracking and tracing of the system.(3)Coding scheme.In order to achieve a unique identification of beef products in the traceability system,a good coding scheme must be established.The unique identification of the product can be used to distinguish between different traceable products so that each traceable product has a unique identification.This article uses the EAN·UCC coding method to uniquely identify beef products through comprehensive analysis;(4)System design and implementation.Through the demand analysis and functional analysis of the beef quality safety traceability system,the system model was designed according to the B/S architecture combined with html,mysql and other languages,and relevant data and information were obtained to establish a beef traceability system.Beef cattle breeding cooperatives can regulate the beef products from start to finish through the beef traceability system.And through the social and economic benefits obtained,verify the feasibility of the beef traceability system.This design was carried out on the beef traceability system,and the beef traceability platform and the subsystems for each production link management were designed.Finally,the various modules of the system are implemented.
