This experiment using eight system being tested as a male parent?P1?,test of six kinds of as female parent?P2?,are commonly used for corn inbred lines,according to incomplete diallel cross P2×P1,equipping the 48 hybrid combinations and 48 hybrid combinations and 14 inbred lines by randomized block experiment 3 repetitions,investigated the plant characters and high plant height and ear,ear character ear length,ear rows,hundred grain weight,bald tip length,seed yield,grain number and single ear,a total of nine properties such as yield,by 14 inbred lines the above properties of general combining ability and special combining ability and genetic research,The correlation between plant traits and yield traits was analyzed by canonical correlation analysis,which provided some theoretical basis for maize breeding.The main results are as follows:?1?Hetian NO.1 female parent?B2?is a single ear yield general combining ability of the highest and other general combining ability of yield characters were also higher inbred lines and their hybrids with ear length,ear rows,row grains,high short bald tip and hundred kernel weight,seed yield high fine properties,the disadvantage is that higher plant and ear position is higher,from the integrated point of view,it is to have the highest potential for using inbred lines;General combining ability of single spike yield of Hetian NO.4 parent plant?B1?showed good performance,and the general combining ability of most yield forming characters was positive,which had certain application prospect.?2?Integrated plant traits and yield traits of special combining ability analysis,DeMeiya NO.3 female parent?A1?×Hetian NO.1 female parent?B2?,K10?A5?×38P05 male parent?B6?,K10?A5?×Hetian NO.1 female parent?B2?,production of special combining ability of the single ear is best,good comprehensive performance and other traits can be used as excellent hybrids for further use.He 344?A6?×38P05 female parent?B5?,He 344?A6?×38P05 male parent?B6?,DeMeiya NO.3 male parent?A2?×Jiahe158 female parent?B7?,DeMeiya NO.3male parent?A2?×38P05 female parent?B5?,He 344?A6?×C177?B4?special combining ability is good,other traits excellent performance in accordance with standards.?3?Plant height,spike row number and 100 grain weight were mainly affected by additive effect,while row grain number and bald tip length were affected by additive effect and non-additive effect,but non-additive effect was slightly larger;Spike height,spike length,seed yield and single spike yield were mainly affected by non-additive effect.The narrow sense heredity of panicle row number,100 grain weight and plant height is larger,so it should be selected in the early generation;The narrow genetic rate of alopecia areata length,row grain number,single spike yield,spike length,seeding rate and spike height is small,so it should be selected in the later generation.?4?Spike length was positively correlated with row grain number,bald tip length,yield per spike,plant height and spike height,and negatively correlated with row number per spike and seed yield.The number of rows per panicle was negatively correlated with plant height and100 grain weight,and was less correlated with other traits.Row grain number was positively correlated with spike length,yield per spike and spike height,negatively correlated with row number per spike and less correlated with other traits.There was a significant positive correlation between 100 grain weight and single spike yield and plant height.Plant height was positively correlated with spike height.The yield per plant was positively correlated with plant height and spike height.
