Adzuki bean(Phaseolus angularis Linn.)is an important economic crop in agricultural production in China. It is called"rice bean"because of its economic value, such as edible, medicinal and so on.The quality and yield level of red bean are related to the utilization efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus.Probiotic bacteria are a kind of microbial resources which can promote the growth of plants. They can not only promote the absorption and utilization of nutrients, improve the quality and yield of plants, but also help to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers and have great potential. In this paper, the plant morphology, physiological indexes and yield of red bean were determined by pot experiment under different levels of bacterial nitrogen and phosphorus, using Probiotic bacteria and Jin Hongxiaodou 5 as experimental materials. To study the effect of the combination of growth promoting bacteria and nitrogen and phosphorus on the growth of red bean, and to screen out the best concentration level of promoting bacteria,so as to provide theoretical guidance for microbial fertilizer, improving the quality of red bean, nutrient absorption and utilization efficiency, and high yield and good quality cultivation..The main findings and conclusions are as follows:(1)At the same concentration of probiotic bacteria, the shoot morphology index, root dry weight, root surface area, root volume, root mean diameter and 100-seed weight of red bean plant were increased first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen and phosphorus levels;the maximum root length decreased with the increase of nitrogen and phosphorus levels;SS and MDA content in roots decreased first and then increased with the increase of nitrogen and phosphorus levels;the activity of POD and TTC in roots increased first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen and phosphorus levels;NR activity and plant nitrogen content increased with phosphorus level, and ACP activity decreased with the increase of phosphorus level, plant phosphorus content increased with the increase of phosphorus level;(2)At the same nitrogen level, the contents of soluble sugar and MDA in root decreased first and then increased with the increase of bacterial concentration, and the other indexes were increased first and then decreased; All the indexes reached the maximum value at N1 level(50 mg/kg)at A3 concentration(10~8 cfu/mL)and N2(100 mg/kg)and N3(200mg/kg)level at A2 concentration(10~7 cfu/mL);(3)At the same phosphorus level, the contents of soluble sugar and MDA in root decreased first and then increased with the increase of bacterial concentration, and the other indexes were increased first and then decreased; All the indexes reached the maximum value at P1 level(50 mg/kg)at A3 concentration(10~8 cfu/mL)and P2(100 mg/kg)and P3(200 mg/kg)level at A2 concentration(10~7 cfu/mL);In summary, inoculation of probiotic bacteria can promote the growth of red bean and alleviate the damage of high fertilizer stress on the growth of red bean plants.Rational combination of growth promoting bacteria and nitrogen and phosphorus is beneficial to the absorption and growth of nitrogen and phosphorus in red bean plants.Under low, medium and high levels of nitrogen and phosphorus, the optimum root concentration of growth-promoting bacteria is as follows:10~8 cfu/mL?10~7 cfu/mL?10~7 cfu/mL.The yield of red bean reached the highest value at the nitrogen level of 100 mg/kg and the phosphorus level of 100 mg/kg at any concentration of probiotic bacteria.the results show that planting red bean under low bacteria and medium fertilizer is the best. However, excessive application of bacteria, nitrogen, phosphorus or bacterial nitrogen, and unreasonable ratio of bacteria and phosphorus will lead to the restriction of dry matter accumulation and nutrient element enhance ment of red bean.
