In order to study the phenological period,the effects of asexual reproduction and different fertilization formulas on the yield and quality of Gleditsia sinensis,the experiment is carried out on 10 trees of different ages in Xiangfen County of the Shanxi province.The phenological characteristics of pods were summarized in five aspects:leaf extension,flowering,defoliation and fruit falling.The effects of different levels of exogenous auxin on cuttings were studied from five aspects:callus rate(%),bud rate(%),rooting rate(%),vertical root length(cm),lateral root number(number).The formula is used to treat the five year old Gleditsia sinensis.The best fertilization scheme is selected from the four aspects:the diameter of the new shoot,the growth of the new shoot,the growth of the prick and the diameter of the prickly base.The phenology,hardwood cuttage and fertilization treatment of Gleditsia sinensis were preliminarilystudied.The results are as follows:Phenological phase:The Phenophase of Gleditsia sinensis is observed in Xiangfen County.The budding period of Gleditsia sinensis is in early April,it will last for about 10 days.It began to enter the stage of leaf expansion in the middle of April and enter the period of full leaf development in late April,it is completed in the middle of May.In the middle of April,the inflorescence of Gleditsia sinensis appeared.The flowering period will be end in late May.The whole leaf-spreading period is about 30 days,and the flowering period is about 1 month.Gleditsia sinensis will enter the stage of fruit growth in early June.This period will be the longest growing period,it will last about for 6 months.It will enter the deciduous period in late October and last for about 4 months.Hardwood cuttage:The exogenous growth promoters could effectively promote callus development in hardwood cuttings and the callus will be developed better when using the IB A and NAA with 1000mg/L for 10 seconds.The rates of callus and shoot are 41.38%and 37.66 respectively,and the percentage of buds are 58.44%and 55.17 respectively,but they can not promote rooting effectively,the rooting rate is only 3.0%.The IB A and NAA can promote callus development and root formation.In the course of propagation,the callus will be appeared after 15 days;The adventitious roots broke through the epidermis from 40 to 45 days after cutting,when the bark or callus will extend the root primordium.The rooting type of adventitious roots belong to the mixed rooting type and continue to grow for about 90 days.At that time,the whole root system has been formed.Fertilization:3.The experiment shows that the fertilization treatment of N0P2K2 had the most significant effect on the diameter of new shoot,the growth of new shoot,the length of prickly and the diameter of spiny base,and the effection is the best.NO g was obtained by fitting the ternary quadratic fertilizer effect model.Strain-1P 17.41 g.Strain-1K 0 g.The estimated maximum yield of basal diameter of new shoot is17.38 cm when N 0 g.Strain-1P 16.52 g.Strain-1K 0 g.Strain-1.The maximum yield of prickly is estimated to be 46.00 cm when N 1.67 g.Strain 1,P Og.Strain-1K 0 g.Strain-1.The estimated maximum yield of prickly base diameter is 3.32 cm when N 0 g.Strain-1P 10.5g.Strain-1K 0 g.Strain-1.The highest estimated score of the total index is 563.78.
