Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound Ointment On Reproductive Function Of Model Animal(Rabbit) With Kidney Yang Deficiency

With the rise and development of the domestic horse racing industry,a series of problems of low reproductive function have arisen due to frequent breeding of stud horses.In order to solve this practical situation,7 to 8 months old healthy rabbits were used to produce a kidney-yang deficiency animal model by intramuscular injection of glucocorticoid hydrocortisone.The compound Chinese herbal ointment with different concentrations of drug content was used to test the kidney yang deficiency model.The effect of reproductive function in rabbits.The rabbits with successful modeling were randomly divided into blank control group,high concentration ointment group,low concentration ointment group,Jinqi Shenqi Pill commercial drug group and positive control group.The body weight changes and feeding status of each group were recorded.After the end of the treatment,the relevant organs were collected for the determination of histomorphology and biochemistry.The results showed:1.The model of kidney yang deficiency significantly reduced the body weight of rabbits(P<0.05);significantly reduced the organ index of immune organs in rabbits(P<0.05);significantly decreased the contents of T,T3,T4,TSH and E2 in rabbit serum;Significantly decreased cAMP,SCR content and cAMP/cGMP value in blood,and significantly increased cGMP and BUN content(P<0.05);2.High-concentration Chinese medicine compound ointment group,low-concentration Chinese medicine compound ointment group and thecommercial drug groupcan increase rabbit body weight to some extent;the T value of the low concentration ointment group changed significantly(P<0.05);The TSH value of the high concentration ointment group and the low concentration ointment group changed significantly(P<0.05);the T3 value of the low concentration ointment group changed significantly(P<0.05);the T4 value of the high concentration ointment group and the low concentration ointment group changed significantly(P<0.05);the E2 value of the low concentration ointment group changed significantly(P<0.05);the cAMP value of the low concentration ointment group and thecommercial drug group changed significantly(P<0.05);the cGMP value of the high concentration ointment group and thecommercial drug group changed significantly(P<0.05);the BUN value of the high concentration ointment group and thecommercial drug groupchanged significantly(P<0.05);the SCR value of thecommercial drug group changed significantly(P<0.05);3.The amount and level of spennatogenic cells in testicular tissue were recovered in the high concentration and low concentration of traditional Chinese medicine compound ointment group.The high concentration and low concentration of traditional Clhinese medicine compound ointment group had certain repair on the structure and texture of the tubular lumen of the renal tissue.High concentration and low concent:ration of traditional Chinese medicine compound ointment group had certain repair to the adrenal tissue structure improvement and cell changes.in conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine compound ointment can improve the body quality of rabbit model of kidney Yang deficiency.2.Traditional Chinese medicine compound ointment has a certain correction effect on reproductive function related blood indexes of rabbits with kidney-yang deficiency model.3.Traditional Chinese medicine compound ointment has a certain repair effect on the reproductive function of rabbit model of kidney Yang deficiency.
