With the warming of global climate, the aggravation of environmental pollution, the increasing carbon emissions and other issues plague the economic development of countries all over the world. The issue of agricultural industry as the second largest source of emissions has attracted the attention of governments and scholars all over the world. How to reduce carbon emissions and achieve corresponding mitigation of low-carbon ecological agriculture has been studied.Environmental pollution and promoting transformation and upgrading of agriculture are of great significance.Firstly, this paper analyses the economic development of Changsha, especially the economic situation of agriculture and the background of carbon emissions, combs and summarizes the current literature on low-carbon agriculture at home and abroad, and explores the perspective of research;secondly,it defines the relevant concepts of low-carbon agriculture and chooses organic agriculture and ecology. The theory of agriculture, circular economy and sustainable agriculture lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up of this article.Secondly, the carbon emissions of low-carbon agriculture in Changsha are calculated and analyzed. At the same time, the development of modern agriculture in Changsha.Thirdly, the STIRPAT model is used to analyze the influencing factors of low-carbon agriculture in Changsha through the selection of variables, the construction of the model and the influencing factors'result factors. At the same time, the problems existing in the development of low-carbon agriculture in Changsha. The easy mechanism is an important problem affecting the development of low carbon agriculture in Changsha. Finally, six pairs of low-carbon agriculture development in Changsha are put forward based on the experience of the United States,Japan, the Netherlands and Binzhou,Shandong Province and Taiwan.Policy suggestions:first,to scientifically formulate the development principles of low-carbon agriculture;second,to continue to strengthen financial support for agriculture;third,to improve the rural land system;fourth,to strengthen the innovation and extension ability of agricultural science and technology;fifth,to improve the scientific and cultural quality of farmers;sixth,to improve the carbon trading market and the corresponding trading mechanism.Through this study,Changsha's low-carbon agriculture development level and systematic characteristics are not obvious,we need to strengthen the construction of a new comprehensive agricultural system that integrates agricultural economy and agricultural production.By collecting and sorting out the data,it is found that the potential of reducing emissions per unit area in Changsha needs to be tapped urgently compared with developed countries and regions with better development of low-carbon agriculture in China. In order to realize the development of high-efficiency and low-carbon eco-agriculture,Changsha government, relevant institutions and farmers should consciously invest in energy-saving and emission-reduction production mode,so that everyone can realize the urgency and significance of developing low-carbon agriculture consciously and actively.
