Evaluation On The Vulnerability Of Cultivated Land Use System In The Urbanization Process Of Yunnan Province

Land resources are the foundation of human survival and development,and the cultivated land resources are the foundation.Through the development and utilization of cultivated land resources,the material materials produced by cultivated land not only meet people’s needs for survival but also meet their needs for development.However,with the development of economy and society,cultivated land resources and human economic society gradually form an inseparable relationship,and combine with it to form cultivated land use system.As a part of the organic compound system of nature and society,the cultivated land use system is impacted to a certain extent in the process of economic and social development,which results in the structural disorder of the cultivated land use system,hindering the function of the cultivated land use system and forming the vulnerability of the cultivated land use system.As to the surge in population,rapid urbanization process,the economic and social activities more and more active,the cultivated land utilization system and its fragility and the relationship between the urbanization development research needs to be perfect,the forming mechanism of cultivated land use system vulnerability,and the degree of measurement management countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward based on the results,to promote the sustainable development of farmland use system,ease the increasingly prominent contradiction is extremely anxious.The research object of this paper is the cultivated land use system and its vulnerability in the urbanization process of Yunnan province.Firstly,the theoretical significance and practical significance of the research on cultivated land use system and its vulnerability are determined by introducing the research background.Then,the research content,research method and basic technical route of this paper were determined through sorting out domestic and foreign research literature on urbanization development,vulnerability of cultivated land use system,ecological environment vulnerability,and vulnerability of urbanization development and cultivated land use system.Based on system theory,dissipative structure theory,human-land relationship theory,ecological civilization theory and sustainable development theory,the concept and connotation of cultivated land use system and its vulnerability were defined.On this basis,an empirical analysis of urbanization development in Yunnan province and the mutual mechanism between the cultivated land use system vulnerability,by building of cultivated land quantity change influence factors in the Yunnan province urbanization index system,USES the factor analysis method,extract the public factor,analysis main influencing factors of influencing the quantity change of cultivated land resources in Yunnan province.STARPAT model was adopted to conduct regression analysis on the common factors,and the conclusion was drawn that with the increase of population,the amount of cultivated land resources also decreased.Through the establishment of evaluation index system,empirical analysis is conducted on the influencing factors of cultivated land resource quality change in Yunnan province.The conclusion shows that the influence of urbanization development on cultivated land quality change in Yunnan Province mainly comes from four aspects: population pressure,spatial expansion,technological upgrading and environmental damage.Based on this,the coercive effect of urbanization on the vulnerability of cultivated land use system can be proved theoretically and empirically.By calculating the bearing capacity of cultivated land resources and the index of urbanization development level in Yunnan province and taking it as independent variable and dependent variable,Pearson correlation test and regression analysis are adopted to prove that the existence of the vulnerability of cultivated land use system has a constraint effect on urbanization development.Finally based on PSR model to the analysis of the connotation and the basic principle,and fully considering the actual situation of Yunnan province,preliminary build farmland use system vulnerability evaluation index system,using the principal component analysis(PCA)to establish a evaluation index system of index selection,25 indicators is chosen as the final in the Yunnan province urbanization evaluation index system of cultivated land use system vulnerability.The entropy method and the coefficient of variation method were combined to determine the weight of each index,and the weighted summation method was used to finally calculate the vulnerabilitydegree index of the cultivated land use system in Yunnan Province from 2008 to 2017,and the degree index was divided.The results show that the vulnerability degree index of Yunnan Province in the ten years from 2008 to 2017 has exceeded 0.6.The year with the smallest vulnerability degree index is 2011,and the vulnerability degree index is 0.6632.The year with the highest vulnerability index was 2017,at 0.8427.In terms of vulnerability level,in 2008,2010,2011 and 2012,there were 7 levels of vulnerability.Class 8 vulnerable in 2009,2013,2014,2015 and 2016;In 2017,it even reached level9 vulnerability.From the perspective of five degrees of vulnerability,in ten years,the degree of vulnerability in nine years from 2008 to 2016 was weak in intensity,and in2017,it was even more severe.According to the calculation results,this paper proposes to implement a strict farmland protection system to protect the existing farmland resources;We will carry out land improvement projects to ensure the quality of farmland in a "balance between land use and land use".To implement a strict land use control system and strictly control the occupation of cultivated land for construction purposes;We will raise the level of agricultural production technology and promote the intensive,economical use of arable land.Strictly observe the red line of ecological protection to ensure the ecological security of cultivated land utilization system;"3S" technology is used to monitor and warn the dynamic change of cultivated land resources.
