The quality of Seed directly impact the yield of crops,High temperature(45 ?)and rapid drying(24-48h)are often used for drying and dewatering of seeds in harvest,but before high temperature and rapid dehydration of seeds,the size of seeds is difficult to be uniform and uniform due to the maturity of seeds.The water content of seeds is also inconsistent,so when the water content of seeds is relatively high,high temperature and rapid dehydration of seeds will inevitably cause damage to seeds.How to apply scientific seed treatment technology to rapid dewatering of seeds.The pretreatment of the seeds and the rapid dehydration and drying of high temperature are worthy of further study.In this study,the seed of sorghum hybrid and restorer line of Jinza 30 was used as material,and the secondary general rotating combined design was adopted.The electric field pretreatment was carried out on the seeds by the high-voltage electrostatic generating device,and then the high-temperature rapid dehydration and drying treatment was carried out.The seed germination is potential,rate,index and the vigor index,they are simplified into a comprehensive index by the main component analysis,and the regression model of the two-factor comprehensive index of the electric field strength,and the regression model is analyzed,high-pressure electric field treatment for rapid dehydration and drying of high-temperature rapid dehydration The best pre-treatment condition of seed electric field for sub-injury.In the early stage,The affects of electric field pretreatment on the permeability of seed membrane,seed germination and seedling growth they were analyzed under the optimum conditions of electric field pretreatment,and the effects of electric field pretreatment on seed membrane permeability,seed germination and early seedling growth were analyzed.It revealed the physiological and biochemical mechanism of high voltage electric field pretreatment to alleviate the damage caused by rapid dehydration at high temperature.The conclusions are as follows:1.Using the quadratic general rotary combination plan,the electric is 1.2-6.8KV/cm and the processing time is in the range of 18-112KV/min.The optimum electric field treatment conditions which can effectively alleviate the damage caused by rapid dehydration at high temperature are as follows: electricfield intensity 4.0 KV/cm,treatment time 60 min.The membrane permeability of hybrid seeds was 16.36%lower than that of direct high temperature rapid dehydration treatment,and the membrane permeability of restorer seeds was 18.37% lower than that of high temperature rapid dehydration.Electric field pretreatment,germination potential,germination percentage,germination index and vigor index of hybrid species were respectively.It was 55.11%,37.91%,93.52% and 175.0% higher than the direct high temperature rapid dehydration treatment.The germination energy,germination percentage,germination index and vigor index of restorer seeds were 69.78%,43.15%,78.06% and 101.00% higher than those of the high-temperature quickly dehydration treatment.2.Pretreatment with 4.0 KV/cm,60 min high voltage electrostatic field significantly increased SOD?POD?CAT activity,soluble protein and soluble sugar content of seedlings during seed germination and early seedling growth of hybrid and restorer lines.The accord of MDA and O2-were decreased.
