Threshing is a key step in buckwheat harvest and processing,the threshing rate and crushing rate of buckwheat are determined by the performance of the threshing device.Because buckwheat grain maturity is different,the water content of stalk is higher at harvest time,common methods of separation will break the stem and cause problems such as blockage of the screen,and buckwheat as a small grain,At present,there is no special separation device for buckwheat in China.So,the research of buckwheat threshing device has important practical significance for the development of buckwheat and the progress of harvesting technology.In this paper,combined with the biological characteristics of buckwheat,on the basis of analyzing the threshing principle and structure technology of other existing grain threshing machines,the whole structure design of buckwheat threshing device was carried out by using Auto CAD software,including the frame,feeding wheel,threshing roller,draft wheel,hollow plate and so on.Inventor,Solid Works and other software are used to complete the 3d modeling of the detached device,and static analysis is carried out with Ansys.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)By analyzing the harvest characteristics of buckwheat and studying the properties,adaptability,advantages and disadvantages of the existing separation device,the overall structure of the separation device was determined.(2)A multi-stage cutting-off drum is designed,the structure,size,position,material and model of feeding wheel,main threshing roller,vice threshing roller,draft wheel and concave plate are designed and determined.(3)The rotational speeds of the draft wheel,the feeding wheel and the threshing roller were determined.(4)The 3d model of the stripping device was built with the 3d software,and the stress of the drum in the threshing device was analyzed.(5)The static analysis of the main working parts of threshing device was carried out by Ansys Workbench platform.The stress analysis cloud chart,strain analysis cloud chart and total deformation analysis cloud chart are obtained.The results show that its strength and stiffness meet the requirements.
