Cerasus humilis is a unique and new fruit tree resource in China.It has good health care and economic value,and has broad prospects for development and utilization.However,the current Cerasus humilis is basically harvested artificially.The quality evaluation of Cerasus humilis after harvesting has not been established and the mechanized harvesting of Cerasus humilis is still in the exploratory stage.This has become a key issue for the stagnant development of the Cerasus humilis industry and the slow increase of farmers' income.Therefore,it is urgent to establish quality evaluation and mechanized harvesting of Cerasus humilis.In order to improve the mechanization of Cerasus humilis and to establish the quality evaluation of Cerasus humilis after harvesting,this paper mainly studies the growth pattern,growth characteristics and basic physical parameters and texture properties of Cerasus humilis in Taigu,Shanxi,China.A comb-type picking scheme of Cerasus humilis was carried out and tested by bench test.The main research contents in the these are as follows:Through the basic physical property measurement and puncture test of five different varieties of Cerasus humilis in maturity,the basic physical parameters and texture characteristics of different varieties of Cerasus humilis were obtained,and the differences of basic physical parameters among different varieties were analyzed.The differences and correlations between the varieties and orientation on the texture characteristics of Cerasus humilis were evaluated,and the preliminary quality evaluation of the Cerasus humilis after harvested was carried out.According to the planting mode of Cerasus humilis,the overall design of the comb-type picking scheme for Cerasus humilis was carried out.The working principle and working process of the test bench were systematically discussed,and the main working parameters and structure of the test bench were determined.The Solidworks software was used to design the 3D model of the parts,the main working device of the test bench was drawn,and the virtual assembly was carried out to obtain the 3D model of the overall structure of the test bench.Using Adams to simulate the action of comb and Cerasus humilis,theoptimal working parameters of comb picking mechanism are obtained.According to the 3D model,the picking test bench was processed and trial-produced.The test bench mainly includes the conveying device,the mechanical device,the power driving device,and the speed control device.In the bench test,by adjusting the main influencing factors affecting the picking test bench of Cerasus humilis: comb clearance,comb rotating speed,comb shape,In terms of collect rate and broken rate,single factor test,orthogonal combination test was carried out to analyze the influence of various test factors on the collect rate and broken rate of Cerasus humilis,and the combination of better working parameters of the harvesting test bench was obtained.The results of this paper have practical guiding significance for the evaluation of Cerasus humilis quality and mechanized picking of Cerasus humilis.This study provides a technical reference and reference for the scientific prediction and evaluation of Cerasus humilis quality,mechanized harvesting,processing machinery and other operational parameters.
