Crop straw is very valuable renewable resources,and China's forage,straw and other crops is very rich in resources,but in the commercialization process,du e to its characteristics of loose structure,low density,distribution and seasonal,from the collection,transport and storage difficulty.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop,develop and popularize straw balers suitable for China's national conditions.As a key component of straw baler,the pickup device has a direct impact on the performance and efficiency of straw baler.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out in-depth research on the pickup device for realizing the mechanizati on,intellectualization and commercialization of straw harvesting.On the basis of collecting and analyzing a large number of relevant documents,this paper takes the pickup device of steel roll baler in the Animal Husbandry Laboratory of Northeast Agricul tural University as the research object,and makes a theoretical analysis of its working principle,working performance and working process.On this basis,the three-dimensional design software,mechanism motion simulation technology and the round baler te st-bed are synthetically applied to the pickup device.The experimental results can provide theoretical and technical support for the design of picking device and the optimization of straw picking and harvesting process parameters.The main research results are as follows:(1)The spring-toothed drum pickup device designed for steel roller baler is mainly composed of spring-toothed rollers,drum discs,protective grilles,cranks,rollers,spring teeth,spindles,slideways and other main structures.It has been proved that there is no interference between the parts and components to meet the assembly process requirements.The length of spindle and spring tooth roll is 980 mm and 720mm;the speed range of bundler is 3.6-5.4km/h;the total length of spring tooth is 104 mm,the angle between the end of spring tooth is 154 degrees,the distance between spring tooth and installation hole is 120mm;the radius of base circle of cam is 79 mm,the radius of roller is 10mm;the height of spring tooth end is 250mm;the cont our of two side guard plates is large circle diameter.The diameter of the arc part of the protective grating is 304 mm.(2)By using ADAMS 2010,the motion simulation of the pick-up device of the spring-toothed drum is carried out.The main factors affecting the pick-up effect of the pick-up device and their changing rules are analyzed by observing the motion simulation trajectory of the mechanism directly through visual window language and animation video.The larger the number of spring teeth rolls Z(the number of round spring teeth rows on the drum),the smaller the area of missing pick-up area and the better the pickup effect.The area of missing pick-up area for installing 2,3,4 and 5 rows of spring teeth is 15180mm2,6016mm2,3102mm2 and 1740mm2,respectively.The larger the speed of the drum is,the larger the area of missing pick-up area is;the larger the speed of the machine is,the greater the rotational speed of the drum is,the smaller the area of missing pick-up area is.The experimental results can provide a theoretical basis for the selection of parameters in the following three-factor orthogonal test.(3)Aiming at the picking-up device designed in this paper,the simulation field experiment of straw harvesting is carried out by using the steel roller baler test-bed of Engineering College.The orthogonal experiment of three factors and four levels is carried out by taking the rotational speed of the drum,the forward speed and the elastic teeth row as the experimental factors and the straw missing pickup rate as the evaluation index.The main results are as follows: within the scope of the experiment,the order of contribution rate of each factor to the straw harvesting experiment is: the number of spring teeth > the rotational speed of the drum > the forward speed,and each factor has a significant impact on the evaluation index of the experiment.The range analysis shows that the optimal combination is A4B2C4.According to the optimized parameters obtained,the test validates that when the drum speed is 100 r/min,the forward speed is 1.3 m/s,and the number of bullet teeth is 4 rows,the missing rate is 0.68%,less than 1%,which meets the technical performance requirements of the country for forage picking.
