This study investigated the effects of dietary protein levels on the production performance, body size development, metabolism rule, bloodindex, serum biochemistry and related immune index of Dezhou donkey foals in the early weaning period were studied by feeding comparison test, digestion and metabolism test and nitrogen balance experiment.Establish a model for the factorization of the Dezhou donkey foals protein requirement at this stage.Study on the production performance of Dezhou weaned donkey foals.Select the early weaning stage,30 Dezhou donkey foals aged 5-6 months in good condition,weight?88.21±5.79?kg,randomly divided into three groups, each group of 10 head, feeding digestion close to and protein level of 12.10%respectively?experiment group??,13.95%?experiment group??and 15.87%?experimental group??three pellet diet. The experimental period is 70 days, the first 10 days is the adaptation period, the latter 60 days is the positive trial period, the first 31 days is the early stage of the experiment, and the latter 29days is the late stage of the experiment. The results showed that:?1?The increase of dietary protein level has the trend of promoting the feed intake early and later the test period on weaning donkey foals and the feed-to-weight ratio early the test period?P<0.10?,and can significantly increase the later test daily gain of the weaning donkey foals?P<0.05?.?2?The protein level of the diet had no significant effect on the daily gain, daily feed intake and feed-to-weight ratio of the whole period of weaning?P>0.05?.Study on body size development of Dezhou weaned donkey foals. In the morning of the 1st,32nd and 61st days of the trial, the fasting body was weighed and the body size was measured. The results showed that:?1?At the beginning of the test, the weaning donkey foals tube circumference index of 12.10%dietary protein level was significantly lower than that of the latter two groups?P<0.05?,and the difference of other body size indexes was not significant?P>0.05?.?2?There was no significant difference in the tube circumference index of the early and later test in the every test group weaned donkey foals?P>0.05?.?3?At the early stage of the test, the body length index of the weaned donkey foals with dietary protein level of12.10%was higher trend than that of the latter two groups?P<0.10?,and this index was significantly higher than that of the latter two groups at the later stage of the test?P<0.05?.?4?The increase of dietary protein level significantly improved the body index of weaned donkey foals in the early and later stage of the test?P<0.05?.Study on metabolism rules of Dezhou weaning donkey foals. The whole fecal and urine collection method was used for digestion, metabolism and nitrogen balance test in each treatment group from the 21st to the 30th day of the early stage of the test. The results showed that:?1?Dietary protein level had no significant effect on dry matter, crude protein, organic matter, calcium, phosphorus, crude fiber, neutral detergent fiberr, acid detergent fiber, apparent digestibility?metabolic rate?,total energy of intake, fecal energy, digestibility and metabolic energy of weaned donkey foals?P>0.05?.?2?Dietary protein level of 12.10%can significantly increase the intake of calcium and phosphorus and the content of calcium and phosphorus in urine and feces of weaned donkey foals?P<0.05?,There is also a tendency to increase the apparent digestibility of crude fats, carbohydrates, and the biological value of nitrogen?P<0.10?.?3?The increase of dietary protein level significantly increased the intake of weaned donkey foals crude fiber, acid detergent fiber, nitrogen?deposition?and the content of acid detergent fiber, fecal nitrogen, urine nitrogen and urine energy in feces?P<0.05?.Study on blood index, serum biochemistry and related immune index of Dezhou Weaning donkey foals.8 donkeys were randomly selected in each treatment group on the last day of the early and late stages of the experiment and blood samples were collected from the jugular vein. The results showed that:?1?The increase of dietary protein level in the early stage of the experiment significantly increased the content of serum urea nitrogen and triglyceride in weaned donkey foals?P<0.05?.Lymphocytes,intermediate cells, serum alanine aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase levels in the 12.10%and 15.87%protein-level treatment groups were significantly higher than those in the 13.95%protein-level treatment group?P<0.05?.The total number of red blood cells and hematocrit in the treatment groups of12.10%and 13.95%protein levels were significantly higher than those in the treatment group of 15.87%protein level?P<0.05?.?2?The total number of white blood cells, lymphocytes and intermediate cells in the 12.10%protein-level treatment group was significantly higher than that in the latter two groups?P<0.05?,and the number of granulocytes in the 12.10%and15.87%protein-level treatment groups was significantly higher than that in the 13.95%protein-level treatment group?P<0.05?in the later stage of test. The increase of dietary protein level significantly increased the content of hemoglobin, serum alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, serum albumin and urea nitrogen in weaned donkey foals?P<0.05?,and the hematocrit also has an increasing trend?P<0.10?.?3?The increase of dietary protein level significantly increased the total amino acid content of serum?P<0.05?.The protein levels of12.10%and 15.87%of the diet in the early stage of the experiment significantly increased serum IgM and complement C3 levels in weaned donkey foals?P<0.05?.Dezhou weaning donkey foals?85120kg?required for maintenance of crude protein is:4.26 g/kgW0.75·d;The crude protein required for each 100g gain was 174.23g.85120 kg:RCP=4.26 W0.75+0.37 DG;RDCP=3.24 W0.75+0.30 DG;RNCP=2.67 W0.75+0.23 DG?Based on the production performance of the Dezhou weaned donkey foals and the protein requirement factor model of the Dezhou weaned donkey foals, the feeding standard of the Dezhou weaned donkey foals was obtained. The suitable protein level in the?85120kg?stage of the early weaning period of Dezhou donkey foals was:12.10%.
