At present,the treatment of organic waste from earthworm compost to earthworm manure has been regarded as an innovative ecological technology.Using earthworms to decompose organic waste can produce additional products such as earthworms and earthworms,earthworms can be used as substrates and flower fertilizers,and earthworms can be processed into feed and bait.However,earthworm culture still exists in China,where earthworm culture covers a large area,information technology and intelligence is low,the required labor force is large,and the cost of breeding is high.In response to the above questions,the following studies have been carried out:(1)A kind of high-density earthworm breeding equipment is developed based on engineering technology and information technology.The whole equipment adopts a three-dimensional truss structure,which can effectively save space and improve aquaculture efficiency.At the same time,with PLC as the core component,the equipment can monitor the living environment of earthworms in real time,and quickly,accurately and automatically measure and regulate environmental factors such as temperature and humidity of earthworm breeding materials,providing an appropriate growth environment for earthworms.The automatic level of earthworm culture was improved.In addition,by introducing air into the earthworm breeding substrate,the oxygen content in the breeding substrate was increased,and the density and survival rate of earthworm breeding were increased,and the cost of earthworm farming was reduced.(2)The cow dung and straw were mixed in different proportions and the decomposition test was carried out.The fermentation temperature was used as the criterion to determine whether the decomposition was complete,and the C/N and PH value of the decomposition product were used as evaluation indicators to determine whether it was suitable for breeding earthworms.The matching combination of earthworm culture matrix was selected.(3)The high-density earthworm culture equipment was developed as a test platform,and the decomposition product was prepared as a breeding matrix to conduct earthworm culture experiments.Based on the factors such as the ratio of breeding base material,temperature of substrate and ventilation time,the number of cocoons produced by earthworms,the quality of residues and the density of breeding were taken as the evaluation index,and the orthogonal rotation combination experiment with three factors and five levels was studied.The response surface analysis method was used to optimize the results.The test results show that the best technical parameters for earthworm culture are the quality ratio of cow dung in the breeding base material of 71.4 %,the substrate temperature of 18.7 °C,and the ventilation time of 19.4 min / h.At this time,the number of earthworm cocoons is 22 and the residue quality is 200.9 g.The density of earthworm culture is 21500 bars per cubic metre.Through ventilation treatment,the number of cocoons produced is increased by 13.6 %,The consumption of breeding base materials increased by 37.5 %,and the density of earthworm culture is increased by 16.2 %.Compared with box farming,the density of earthworm culture is increased by the addition of automatic control systems.26.4 %,Compared with shed farming,the breeding density increased by 72% The density of earthworm farming has increased to a large extent.The results provide the premise and theoretical basis for high-density intelligent earthworm culture production.
