Leafy vegetables are widely planted.However,the level of mechanization of fresh leafy vegetables is low.Manual harvesting is a traditional method of harvesting,at the same time,manual harvesting is the most laborious and time-consuming part of the whole harvesting operation.It is necessary to develop leafy vegetables harvesting machinery.The existing harvesting machinery is stubble harvesting,and the harvest pattern is disorderly,this harvesting machinery is high residue,high loss,susceptible to microbial contamination,besides,the sale of loose leaves does not conform to the national buying habits.The orderly harvest of spinach is more in line with China's national conditions.The project team proposed the development of a low-damage whole-plant orderly harvester for spinach,this paper studied a pulling and conveying device applied to the spinach low-damage whole plant orderly harvester based on the project.Aiming at the damage in spinach harvesting,taking the spinach harvesting process as the research object.the mechanical and physical characteristics of spinach were studied.The mechanical harvesting was simulated by experiment,and the low-damage constraint condition of spinach harvesting process was constructed.It is the holding the stem of the spinach and the pressure applied to the spinach should be less than5.60?10~3 Pa.The material-field model of low-damage spinach harvest was constructed according to the theory of TRIZ,and the status of spinach harvesting was analyzed.According to the design principle of low-damage spinach harvesting,the different harvesting schemes were optimized through the theory of TRIZ,so that the suitable harvesting methods for different planting agronomy were formed.The harvesting scheme for Northern planting agronomy was selected,and the pulling and conveying device in harvesting scheme was studied.The basic mechanical analysis of the pulling and conveying process of the pulling and conveying device is carried out,exploration the main sources of spinach damage during pulling and conveying process,and the key parts are designed.The key parameters of the pulling and conveying device,such as the spacing of flexible belt,the inclination of the device and the linear speed of the flexible belt,are studied.A low-damage spinach harvesting test platform was developed.the relationship between spacing under different feeding amounts and spinach force was studied.The stress of spinach during the pulling and conveying process was tested.At the same time,the low-damage constraint conditions were used to determine whether the spinach was damaged or not.Using response surface method,the best harvesting parameter combination scheme of different feeding amount the pulling and conveying device was obtained.Laboratory test was carried out to verify that the pulling and conveying device can complete the pulling and conveying operation with high efficiency and low damage after the root-cutting operation was finished.
