As the largest crop of grain in China,corn has increased its planting area year by year.Traditional corn is mostly used as feed or industrial raw materials after harvest.However,in recent years,the introduction of new national policies and the pursuit of food diversification have prompted corn to gradually step onto the table,and corn as a food has gradually occupied the market.Whether it is traditional corn varieties in the milky stage as fresh corn or a full-time sweet corn variety as fresh corn,it is more and more popular,and the planting area in China is also expanding.The short-term,urgent,and variable quality of fresh corn determines the necessity of fresh corn harvesting.The soft,tender and easily damaged characteristics of fresh corn kernels determine that fresh corn harvesting technology is different from traditional corn.Machine receiving technology.Due to the difference in agro-agriculture between domestic and foreign corn,foreign fresh corn harvesting machinery is not suitable for domestic fresh corn harvesting operations;domestic agricultural machinery companies and research institutes mostly stay in the optimization of traditional harvesting techniques or harvesting machinery.Therefore,based on the existing problems of fresh corn harvesting,this paper will focus on the research of key techniques of fresh corn harvesting headers based on the principle of bionic reverse picking,and finally form a prototype to conduct performance tests,which will be used for subsequent fresh corn harvesting machinery and technology research.Provide a certain theoretical basis.Based on the above content,this paper mainly carried out the following research work:(1)In order to improve the research on key technologies of fresh corn harvesting headers,it is necessary to explore the cutting response of corn stalks under different water cut conditions under different cutting parameters,and select corn stalks with different water content,with a water content of 75.%,50% and 25% are three gradients,with four cutting parameters of transverse angle a,cutting angle b,slip angle c and corn stem diameter d as test factors to peak force and cutting during cutting.The power consumption is used as the response value,and the response surface model is established according to the test results.The optimal cutting parameters are obtained,that is,the cross-cut angle is 11°,the cutting angle is 10°,the slip angle is 18°,and the diameter is 17 mm.The selection of cutter design parameters for corn harvesting headers provides a theoretical basis.(2)The design of the fresh corn harvesting header is designed,the geometry of the header structure is simplified,the geometric model is abstracted,and the mathematical model of the corn harvesting data of the header structure is established when the fresh corn harvesting header is established.The corn growth data was obtained by measurement and brought into the mathematical model to obtain the optimal structural design parameters.The working model of the cutter used in the harvesting header of the fresh corn was established,and the parameter types in the stalk cutting parameter test were mapped to the cutter parameter model,and the realization of the a and b in the cutting parameters in the cutting tool was clarified.A mathematical model of ? about the cutter speed w and the stalk feed speed vn is established to serve the subsequent header work optimization.(3)The structural design of the fresh corn harvesting header was completed.The ANSYS finite element simulation software was used to analyze the strength and rationality of the header structure,and the optimal design was optimized to form a complete fresh corn harvesting header design.(4)The fresh corn harvesting header was designed and manufactured,and the commissioning was completed.The stability of the hydraulic drive system of the header was tested to ensure the reliability of the machine.A verification test plan for fresh corn harvesting headers and spikes was designed.Three-factor and three-level response surface tests were carried out,and three factors affecting the test response value-scoring rate were obtained(scissor roller-clamping device speed A).,the regression relationship between the feed speed B and the cutter position C),and calculate the optimal working parameters of the three factors,that is,the speed of the picking roller-clamping device is 420 rpm,and the feeding speed is 1.1 m/s.The position of the cutter is-5 cm,and the picking rate is the highest.
