Key Technologies Research On Exchanged Header Corn Harvester

This paper analyses the key technologies of the exchanged header corn harvester. Some primary structure parameters were determined and a lot of experiments were carried out in the field.The main parameters and structures of the exchanged header corn harvester were designed by both theoretical design and practical tests. Enlarged the nearside divider to open the angle, after enhancing dials the standing grain chain's running rate and reduced nearside divider's acute angle, the corn header may adapt 400~800㎜ planter row spacing..
