This paper analyses the key technologies of the exchanged header corn harvester. Some primary structure parameters were determined and a lot of experiments were carried out in the field.The main parameters and structures of the exchanged header corn harvester were designed by both theoretical design and practical tests. Enlarged the nearside divider to open the angle, after enhancing dials the standing grain chain's running rate and reduced nearside divider's acute angle, the corn header may adapt 400~800㎜ planter row spacing.. Separating roll of installation in cutting roller can effectively less grain impurity rate, the discharge of roller speed still need further experiment in order to achieve the best results. Choose pull stem roller and pick ear plate combination of picking and pick per panicle plate made some improvements can effectively the average grain and less rate.Corn elevator mounting position was analyzed for the exchanged header corn harvester the machine's appearance and walking stability results provide a reliable theoretical basis, and proved the feasibility of this installation method. At the end of the machine can install exhaust fan so as to further lower the impurity rate of corn.Corn straw chopper's installation location and its power transmission were analyzed, and ultimately determine the use of side mount plate and the rack, use leverage to make the weight all the straw the role of the harvester machine rack program. The models with joint use of 3HC, power from the engine directly to the straw chopper machine, so the short passing routes, power loss, transmission reliability. Straw machine clutch double linkage tension wheel, tension increases, causing tension when the clutch degree, when the clutch completely separated.Corn set of boxes has been improved, so it can hold more ears and effectively reduce the parking time for unloading grain and improve the operational efficiency of the machine. In the corn harvest season, a large number of performance testing and the production assessment about on exchanged header corn harvester were carried out in the field. Results indicate that the whole machine has more superiority performance and can meet the needs of the current corn harvest.
